First, be prepared to play several rounds of phone tag to get an initial appointment. No one answers the phone and it takes days to receive a call back. My issues are not with Linzi, the dietitian, but with her husband and counter-part, Jay. After my appointment with Linzi, I was feeling motivated but still a little lost. I thought I would feel better after I met with the nurse practitioner, Lindsay. I tried for weeks to get an appointment with her, again playing phone tag with Jay, to finally get an appt. That appt. never happened because the N.P. quit. Jay asked me to come in the same day for vitals and an EKG (prior to my visit with the nurse). He showed up late and THEN advised me that their nurse quit and that he couldn't help me. Why couldn't he let me know BEFORE I drove all the way to their offices in the middle of a work day? He couldn't give me a good excuse. Without a nurse, I was unable to complete the program and wasn't given any guidance to move forward except to contact my own doctor to continue the program. This is the worst experience EVER! So unprofessional and absolutely no regard for their NEW patients. I again feel lost and defeated.

Unfortunately, my body didn't cooperate and even though I did exactly what they said, the weight wasn't coming off. Instead of helping me figure out what the problem was, Dr. Bellonzi started bullying me like an abusive jerk. I have never been so outraged. I would complain to the medical board about his very inappropriate behavior, but I found out that he is not even a doctor. He is a chiropractor!! I was under the impression that he was a doctor. This whole thing has just been a disaster. I asked for a refund, and basically I am out of luck. That, even though their plan is not working for me after all, and I refuse to see that jerk again. Just because I am not up for training for a marathon doesn't mean that I should be mistreated. I did my research and the hCG program was not designed with exercise as a part of it even! This is just some weirdness of Dr. Bellonzi. When I started, I found out that the first month was going to be a "cleanse" and I had to pay for that separately! Yes, the start was challenging, but today after eight months of our partnership, I feel better than ever. I never felt alone in this journey; Chen was always kind, never judgmental, always supportive, and showed up for me. I don't see this journey as a diet that will end at some point. I am changing all my habits, and what I do is for a lifetime. People around me also started utilizing these new habits and food. I thought the chaos and confusion were related to AWR but was wrong this business is every bit as impossible to deal with as they were and Sherry Nyman is the common denominator. I was barely given two weeks noticed that Nyman had changed her practice. Helio Health is a cash only business (pushing subscriptions) for hormone replacement; peptide therapy; vaginal cosmetics; GLP's and other weight loss drugs. I went there to follow up on my hormone therapy which had been managed by Nyman. They refused to fill my thyroid (no explanation); heavily tried to sell me their vitamins and clearly did not read my intake form. Every part of this visit was rushed and confusing. I had to ask for routine bloodwork to monitor the hormones and was forced to pay for an order rather than using the one my insurance pays for. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the PA was unfriendly and rude. So without my regular hormone prescriptions I had to find a medical professional to manage my hormones and wellness and he even volunteered the bloodwork I was forced to pay for at HelioHealth was inadequate so of course I had to have that repeated and pay for it. Buyer beware no one at this business is interested in women's health; they even want you to text for appointments; not call.
