After this was all done, we were left with destroyed landscaping. Williams Homes said they would restore the damaged areas and did an about face when presented with the costs. They accused us of trying to upgrade our landscaping when we were just trying to get things cleaned up and restored to its previous state. They patch work is painfully obvious and they keep saying the materials need to "cure" and it will be less visible. That is not the case. The whole house is full of shortcuts and evidence of trades that cut corners just to get the job done quickly. The VP of warranty and quality assurance becomes unresponsive and ignores continuous emails. They do their best to get out of making you and your house whole despite all issues being traced back to poor craftsmanship/quality of work. These homes seem to be hastily and cheaply made but sold at a premium. I would avoid at all costs.

Ultimately, we decided to move on and pursue another property, which ended up being a much better/cleaner fit. Interestingly, once we canceled our offer, the home went right back on the market and continues to show as available. That definitely made us question the "multiple offers" we were told about. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor. She also tried to threaten the open house and bribe me to not have the open house for me to pay more. If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Her name is big and all hype if your serious with money and want something with quick response time stay away!!!!
