There were no signs or anything saying if I read it I had to buy it. I picked up a random comic (he saw me do it and didn't say anything) and flipped through a couple pages. I put it back on the shelf and he said I have to buy it because it was now "Used". On my way out of the store he used a rude tone and made me buy it before leaving. Bad experience, will never go back there. If there was signage or something that explained I'd have to buy it, I wouldn't have read it in the first place.

Got in touch with the shop and gave me a price of $285 + $90+ for shipping. I was shopping around and found a brand new one on eBay for $250 + $22.95 for shipping. This shop kept reaching out for status on purchase to a point where they were nagging me. After committing to a new one, the shop responded "thanks for wasting our time." This is unacceptable behavior and all they care is about closing a sale vs giving right customer service. Avoid this store as their are others out there that provide better service.

One was my favorite automatic that had stopped working and they got it back in action within a few minutes of looking at it. The other watch was my dad's watch that he gave to me shortly before he passed away. They listened to me tell them a little bit about the watch and my dad, and found the problem right away. It needed a new movement. They ordered the Swiss movement and had it working perfectly within the timeframe they quoted me. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I couldn't be happier with the service and hospitality I received from this fascinating shop. They also have a lot of interesting items for sale.
