After leaving, I felt quite relaxed, but still skeptical because I was still craving nicotine. Luckily the session included a CD that she recommended listening to every night for 30 days. I feel that is the key to successfully quitting. The CD also helps me get to sleep. I ripped it onto my PC, then transferred it to my phone for headphone use.
