It made the library feel so joyous and fun. If you're a kid or have kids, it'd be a blast. I'm pretty good at blocking out noises, so it didn't bother me and I could grab a space to do some work. After, head over to the library and check out the newly renovated, clean space. There isn't a huge collection of books but it is very clean and there is plenty of space to relax and study. In the very back of the library, there is a kid's section where they host weekly Storytime and events. The bathrooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and there is a little outside porch area with plenty of shade incase you wanted to have a snack. I love this little place!

They also have a 3D printer! They have kids area with a mini climbing wall for toddlers, a play area and I believe 2 computers for the kiddos. Sure, it's a library - but after spending a year hanging…read moreout in Cambridge, Boston, and other Massachusetts reading institutions, none measured up to the beauty, calmness, and amenities provided by this outlying library. I came in as a first time visitor, and was provided with a complete tour of the library. From the available events space, bookstore, computer lab, to the books. I stayed for about two hours completing work, before heading to the back deck where I watched people enjoying their time in the park with birds singing. I will certainly be a regular here moving forward.

There's plenty of parking right out front. The interior is beautiful with lots of arches and nature themed touches. Compared to other libraries I've been to, it's on the smaller side and is a bit limited when it comes to seating (especially spots with outlets!). My favorite place to retreat to is their balcony seating! They have large community tables that are segmented with dividers and outlets. You also get a pretty view of the hills!

The library is located next to Costco and IKEA, so it's part of a well-known plaza with plenty of open parking spots. My boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they already had books set outside for people to take, most were around a dollar or so, which is incredibly affordable. When we walked in, we didn't have library cards yet, but the staff made the process super easy. They let us sit at the computers and register right there, and I was able to get my library card within minutes. Just make sure to bring your ID, and if you're out of state, be prepared to confirm your residency. I ended up checking out one of the Colleen Hoover books she's one of my favorite authors and they had a great selection available, which was really nice to see. Overall, the library is definitely on the smaller side, but I absolutely loved the architecture at the top of the building. It's so adorable and charming. There are plenty of computers and lots of space to get work done, plus an upstairs area for additional seating. You can access the upstairs either through the inside or via the outdoor patio. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for a library book or just want a quiet, cozy spot to get some work done.

I managed to toss books like rocks at them as if I'm a bridge troll. However, after cussing out some 23 year old that cant even read, I've decided to move on to better bookstores. (Or I was told I'm not welcome back, same difference). Anyway, BOOK PLACE IS RAD. I am hooked, on the book. I don't really enjoy the Barnes & Noble because A) Expensive as hell, and B) AI cover art everywhere. So, Book Place. Cluttered how I like it. But in a good way. Like, you think you might find Iain Banks in the mystery section, but actually he might be in the Thriller section, or both! And you've discovered a new author on the way! I just love how it feels to have such a variety of books. Some spent time being loved by someone, and others, maybe were a gift that they trashed and it ended up here. Everyone who works here is cool, we can chat about books, and they'll tell you if they have something. Though personally I enjoy the thrill of the hunt for something I don't know if I'll find. I've always managed to find something. Plus, their prices are great. The buyback option is awesome. (Plus you have the opportunity to share what you loved... or didn't love and give someone else your hot garbage!) They've got a rental system too. So it's kinda like if Blockbuster came back, and had a baby with a book Place. They've got the oddities I crave. They have the weird science fiction with the holographic covers from the 90s and early 2000s (yeah those nerd ones). Star Wars novels, covered (and I don't mean the post-Disney garbage). I love this spot. It's not super close to home, but it gives me a reason to venture into this part of the county. Makes me very happy. Support this place and keep it alive because I need it in my life.

This library is brightly lit and I like the big room at the back where the magazines are; I feel.lkkw that's the most peaceful part of the library. If I remember correctly, they used to be open on Sundays, but with the budget cut, none of the libraries open on Sunday anymore.

As an SDSU student, the Love Library is one of the best places on campus to study, get work done, and collaborate with team members. I really enjoy coming here because it's spacious, organized, and has three different floors that cater to different study needs. The first floor is open 24/7, which is perfect for students who like to work late or pull all-nighters. The second floor offers tech support, you can borrow chargers, check out laptops, and find tons of books and study rooms. My favorite, though, is the third floor. It's a bit tucked away and quieter, with plenty of tables and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to focus. As an SDSU student, I really appreciate having a place like this on campus, especially during exam season. It's peaceful yet lively, and perfect for studying, doing homework, or just spending time on your laptop. I highly recommend checking out the SDSU Library if you're looking for a productive study spot!

As a student here for the past 4 years I do love the library. There's many nooks and small areas to…read morestudy that aren't away from the main area - but you have to know them. At face value, the outside is WAY prettier than the inside. Once you go inside to the main areas it gives dungeon vibes. There's barely any natural light and the lighting in there is dull with a color scheme of grays. It's not very pretty. This area could definitely be renovated. However, the areas which are nicer with brighter lighting seem very new. The staff are also very friendly at the reception desk and they have chargers, white board markers, and calculators you can rent for free if you're a student! I think SDSU did a good job in structuring the school library but there's nothing special that stands out. I would love to see it renovated! Or at least have more natural light - most of the time in there I can't tell what time of day it is because it's underground.
