This place is fine. Just bring quarters with you, so that you don't have to mess with the card system. It's in your favor to be strategic about how you're going to wash the car because the time does wind down pretty quickly. No buckets allowed. I was able to get into a spot right away, but people did start lining up after that (around noon on a Saturday). I spent about $9, and got a more than decent wash. My Card was charged more than what I was told it would be charged, but it later corrected itself, so I changed my rate from 1 star to 3. It is still very pricey to wash your vehicle here though. I only rinsed my car off, because I detailed it pretty recently and it looked dirty from dust and a recent very light rain ($5). If I actually washed my truck here and used spray gun twice it defiantly wouldn't have been worth the time and money. you can go through Costco drive through wash for much less. read more

Should've known better than to stop here. Almost every terminal at this wash is broken. And the one that worked over charged me by $26.00. I have had the same problem that a lot of other in the reviews have. I swiped my card a few times at one stall and nothing happened so I moved to another stall. I washed my car and the ticker read $7.25. When I was looking at my bank account for something else I noticed I was charged $17.75. I really hope management sees this and makes this right because I love the convenience of the car wash, but I will definitely not be going back if this doesn't get resolved. read more

Use this car wash quite a bit usually have cash on me to use and it works out no problem. The last 2 times I have used my credit card there this time on 12-10-20. I only used the machine for 5 mins and when I was done it said $5.00 charged to card when I check my statements it's been charged for $10. The first time I thought it was a flook so I let it go. Washed my car today at this place. Was greeted by some random man trying to sell towels and other car cleaning products. I continued to wash my Kia Optima, was there for less than 5 mins and was charged $12. Total rip off! I tried calling to find out why I was charged so much and no one answered. Waste of time and money. Vacuums are mostly all broken and steal your money without the machines turning on, coin machine is broken and steals money, and nozzles are broken off. This place needs work. read more

Three times now, The coin receiver has taken my coins without registering. I left notes on site, on two of the occasions, with no response. This weekend it took $4.25 to get a $2.75 wash and the overhead plumbing was dripping on me the entire time I was washing my car. I approached a man that appeared to be caring for the facility who indicated that he was deaf and turned away from me. I don't know how much worse a simple car wash can get. Find another. read more

Similar experience to what others have complained about on here. Vacuums took quarters and didn't work. The site isn't being maintained at all. Used to be good. Now they have bent arms on the brush so it's not possible to wash your car properly. It's nearly impossible now matter how hard you try. And and top of that there was ZERO soap coming out of the brush. Also beware credit card charge is minimum of $5 as posted. read more

The first time I came here and paid with my card, everything was perfect. Then I went again last week and was charged $25 for a $5 car wash. I had to try my card at several of the wash bays because the water wouldn't turn on and in return I guess that was a charge. I tried calling the phone number but no answer. I've used it many many times. I always take a roll of quarters and pay as I go. Never paid more than 6 or 7 bucks for my long bed pickup truck,wheels and all. Hot tip... take a soft scrub sponge to get the stubborn bugs and spots between the wash and rinse cycles. read more

Every time I come here either the coin machine is broken or one of the hoses are out of service. There's absolutely no maintenance done to this place and usually only two of the washing stations work properly. And today is no exception lost money to the machine. read more

I usually wash my car in my driveway, but since we are in a water shortage, I thought it might be better to come to a self serve car wash. At first I was not impressed since the soap that comes out of the brush was not working. After a brief conversation with the tech on site. He was able to get the soap flowing. The water pressure was great and it looks like they had everything I needed. This car wash deserves 5 stars because of the customer service. Keep it up! read more

I am in hopes that the business owner, manager or customer service can address the problem I am having. I was parked in the second washing bay and the credit card swiper was not reading my card. I waited a few minutes just to be positive that it failed to read my card and then I left. I referred back to Yelp to find a company number or email so that I could address what was happening to make sure there would be no charges on my card. I made several attempts to calling the number provided but each time there was no answer. I then noticed other reviews on this very same matter so I immediately checked my bank statements and come to find out I have been charged $17.00 and it is still pending. I hope to hear back from someone with authority! I am new to the area and I have searched for a reasonable place to get a car wash and after reading the reviews on San Clemente Buggy Bath, I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately I will never be coming here again unless my money is refunded. read more
