Instead of getting defensive or telling me to kick rocks, they listened to my complaint and they were very kind and respectful and I felt heard. I apologized for complaining as I was just having a hard weekend and the noise was overstimulating me. They took my concern seriously and I heard no loud noises this weekend. I hope that one day I might join in on the fun there and go a great workout too. Thank you for listening and being so respectful. Empathy goes a long way!

The gym focuses in on efficient and proper forms/techniques on all their workouts. The main concept is that all classes are split into 2 types, the "tuff" and "rig". As you guessed it's basically cardio or lift. You can decide what you like to do based on your body and your goals. I've personally have not tried other "similar" type of gyms but from the feedbacks of others I've talked to, this gym's program and setup is one of the most effective. From the owner Rory to the trainers Brooke/Loccy, everyone greets you with a smile and only sends positive support. No judgement on the amount of weight you use nor the amount of reps you can do. As long as you give it your all! It's a pretty even 50/50 split with men and women. Don't be afraid to come check it out! I highly recommend.

I've been an avid gym goer since before, during and after pregnancy, so at this point I am not picky. I decided to do a trial just to try it out and see if my daughter was comfortable with the Kids Club. We've been to a gym prior with a Kids Club but the gym was family owned so we were very used to the way they did things. It's definitely a lot different here. You basically drop off your child and they are either placed in their play area with the other kids or kept in their stroller behind the desk area if they need a nap or to just hang out. My first impression of the woman in front was that she is just doing her best since it's only her and another woman watching multiple kids dropped off. Something I didn't like though was the communication was always off. I would say something in regard to what my child needed and it wouldn't be heard at first. Ex: "My daughter usually naps around this time, I think she's tired." "Yeah. So you think she wants to watch TV?" This happened a few times and it was a bit frustrating. She did fortunately get my 11 month old daughter to stop crying some days but after the second week my daughter gradually didn't like being there and couldn't easily be consoled so it was digging into my gym time. I also feel like there's a lot of miscommunication between Kids Club and front desk because being on a free trial, check in at Kids Club was never seamless. There was always something keeping me from checking in or I "wasn't in the system yet." Overall, I come to the gym to destress as a mom and also keep my mental health intact, this did the opposite for me and I started dreading coming in. So I eventually decided against a membership. Other than that, the customer service and front desk were extremely helpful and informative with getting me signed up and answering all my questions. The gym itself is decent as well and has a lot of space and equipment, just a little too busy for my taste. It also constantly smelled bad. My biggest deal breaker was the Kids club though.

I sat through about 3 hours of training on an early Saturday morning without nodding at all. He can help you with fitness habits to adapt to your lifestyle. He answered every question that came up in our class and he did not try to talk over your head using a bunch of scientific terms. He was very interactive with the class, he kept us all involved in the learning process, and he broke things down for a normal person to understand. Tom is a very dynamic and amazing person and well-skilled in his craft. He will help you out no matter what your goals are. Great course!!! Will G.

I know he actually cares about my lifestyle outside of the gym, what I'm eating, how I'm sleeping, etc. I feel like past coaches would just encourage basic changes and would be excited when you showed up. Tom goes above and beyond to help you set up small, attainable goals then follows up with you monthly to talk about things you've achieved outside of the gym. We even got to the bottom of a weight loss issue I was having. (Thanks, thyroid!) I also came to Tom with literally zero expectations, a 6 month old, a deployed husband, a slew of postpartum mental health issues and he went above and beyond to educate himself on the things I was going through, medications I was taking and how breastfeeding would play into calculating my macros. (Bonus: I'm able to bring my son, in a stroller and have him chill in the office nook area while I workout). While the gym itself may look small, fear not! The equipment is new and plentiful. Tom also makes sure none of his clients have overlapping programming, so it doesn't get too crowded. Or, no one needs the same equipment at the same time. A full rig, plenty of barbells, etc. even some strong man equipment. I couldn't be happier with my journey here and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Stark pockets everywhere. Small floor. Turf the size of a welcome mat. Four benches for the entire building. You will wait. Everything around them feels like it hasn't been cleaned since the ribbon cutting. No paper towels in the locker room. No soap in the showers. Dudes literally using the hand soap dispensers to get soap to take into the showers. Water pressure from the last decade. Toilet stalls full all morning like it's a bus station. People stare with no sport and no shame. After I rinsed, my slippers were decorated with pubic hair that did not clock in with me (see photo). No housekeepers anywhere in sight. Juice bar. Blow dryers. None of that makes a gym. Thanks to the Leads for their professionalism getting me in with ease but the comfort ends with the greeting. I hated being there so I trained hard and then couldn't wait to get out. Trial day one was the whole experiment. Dirty like EoS, smaller, darker, and proud of it. Do not recommend. I will not be back.
