Back like 6 years my best friend came to my house in Encinitas. He arrived through the side door. My friend and I started hanging out in my backyard and having fun. All of the sudden 3 police officers storm through the side of my gate into my backyard without permission and grab my friend. Funny how they didn't grab me because I'm white, they only grabbed my dark skin friend and threw him against the trash can against the side of my house and put him in hand cuffs. The whole time I was yelling at them saying stop saying "he's my friend" but the cops kept saying he was trying to break into the house. Even though I INVITED HIM TO MY HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE. The cops then held him (illegal detainment, illegal seizure of his backpack, violated terry stop) and humiliated him on my front lawn for a long time and kept him in handcuffs until my mom came home and told them to let him go. YOU VIOLTED MULTIPLE AMENDMENTS AND IF I HAD KNOW WHAT I KNOW KNOW I WOULD HAVE TAKEN YOU ALL TO COURT. YOU CAME INTO MY HOUSE AND ARRESTED MY FRIEND JUST BECUASE HIS SKIN WAS BLACK. AND IT WAS ILLEGAL TO ENTER MY PROPERTY THE WAY YOU DID. THE FOLLOWING PICTURE I AM ATTATCHING IS OF THE 3 CLOWNSHOW OFFICERS THAT THREW MY FRIEND TO THE GROUND AND Humiliated him. I would like your department to give me an explanation to this incident, becuase major protocols were broken on that day. I was having a peaceful fun day with my friend and it turned horrible traumatizing into an illegal department and illegal search and seizure and illegal breach of a premises. "Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States." Under section 242 you technically could be sued for kidnapping an individual, good job guys

Many hardworking dealership employees struggle daily to find available parking due to the excessive amount of red-curbed zones throughout the area, many of which appear unnecessary given the limited employee parking options. Rather than focusing resources on more serious public safety concerns and actual criminal activity, enforcement officers seem more focused on issuing tickets to employees who are simply trying to get to work. In many cases, vehicles are barely encroaching on red zones and are not blocking traffic, driveways, or creating safety hazards, yet tickets are still issued without any reasonable discretion or understanding. A little compassion and practical judgment would go a long way. These are hardworking individuals trying to earn a living, not people intentionally causing problems. It is frustrating and discouraging to see taxpayer resources directed toward penalizing workers over minor parking situations instead of addressing more meaningful community issues.

If you speak to the supervisor you will never get one I am still waiting for an officer to call me about why my vehicle was towed which they say is because of a 72 hour which I just move the car 10 hours ago this makes absolutely no sense they personally attacked my vehicle because of some neighbors that were angry with me. I need proof of the vehicle being there for 72 hours because it was not there was no markings on the tires from officers nor was there any sticker on the back of the car just tells me they just came out and hooked it and left. People at the front office are completely disgusting they get super snarky if you have any questions or if you have a little bit of anger toward your situation They will double your anger back at you. Be really careful with these people not the type of officers you want around. Funny thing is I had items and parts stolen from my vehicle where were they then?? The parks, malls, eateries, movie theatres, neighborhoods, and schools were great places that I can recall. Before COVID, before Manila Mesa, before traffic congestion, before social media, and before overpopulation, Mira Mesa was a great place to grow up in. Hey, I think I turned out alright. I moved out of there early 2000's and I'm glad I did. It just isn't the same anymore. I miss my old stomping grounds that are sadly no longer there or have been renovated or under new ownership. Neighborhoods don't seem so safe anymore. There's an increase in crime and accidents. This year of 2020 hasn't made it easier either. I hate you Covid! I'll always remember the good times where I could play with the neighborhood kids outside, walk to the park, movie theatre, arcade store, or convenience store without a worry in the world. I was fortunate to enjoy my childhood innocence and not be so cautious of people or mass media. No distractions and just enjoyed being a kid. This review is split: 5 stars from 1980s-1990s. 2000s-present gets a sad 1 star. Overall, 3 stars ! Thanks for the unforgettable memories Mira Mesa aka Manila Mesa now. I was getting geared up to take a photo of myself in camo to send to Marshal, one of my hunting buds to illustrate my excitement, when I heard a helicopter circling near my house. I went outside to see, and realized it was circling our house!!!!! I then started to move to the front of the house as I was hearing sirens coming. 12 cop cars at least pulled up and now I am in my garage to see wtf is going on. Over a mega phone, the say my name and "come out with your hands up we want to talk to you!" I am in shock as I haven't done anything, have no F'n idea what this is about, and start to get paranoid. I barricade my position and open a window to talk back to them. But all they keep saying is the same damn thing, over and over and over for 3 hours!!!!! I'm not kidding. So I started to f with them.... Well, in the end I gave up, was 5150ed and found out that my sister, who lives on the property, and has been institutionalized 16 times for her craziness had told the cops that I was going to scalp our neighbors!!!!!!!! Can you fucking believe that those dumb asses believed her and a caretaker that she pays!!!! I have never been in a mental health facility in my entire life until that shit show! The silver lining, is that I got to check off "police stand off" on my bucket list, and got to check off a first hand account of our mental health system. Which ain't bad. I made some friends as well. The only other issue was, I had no cell phone or reading glasses so I was completely isolated during my stay. For some damn reason the facility couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that a 57 year old male needs glasses to f'n read. Sean Casey
