I was getting geared up to take a photo of myself in camo to send to Marshal, one of my hunting buds to illustrate my excitement, when I heard a helicopter circling near my house. I went outside to see, and realized it was circling our house!!!!! I then started to move to the front of the house as I was hearing sirens coming. 12 cop cars at least pulled up and now I am in my garage to see wtf is going on. Over a mega phone, the say my name and "come out with your hands up we want to talk to you!" I am in shock as I haven't done anything, have no F'n idea what this is about, and start to get paranoid. I barricade my position and open a window to talk back to them. But all they keep saying is the same damn thing, over and over and over for 3 hours!!!!! I'm not kidding. So I started to f with them.... Well, in the end I gave up, was 5150ed and found out that my sister, who lives on the property, and has been institutionalized 16 times for her craziness had told the cops that I was going to scalp our neighbors!!!!!!!! Can you fucking believe that those dumb asses believed her and a caretaker that she pays!!!! I have never been in a mental health facility in my entire life until that shit show! The silver lining, is that I got to check off "police stand off" on my bucket list, and got to check off a first hand account of our mental health system. Which ain't bad. I made some friends as well. The only other issue was, I had no cell phone or reading glasses so I was completely isolated during my stay. For some damn reason the facility couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that a 57 year old male needs glasses to f'n read. Sean Casey

San Diego is great, in the desert the police need retraining and better yet need to be let go of their position in authority. maybe San Diego can help riverside? they are not doing so well. the difference between these two departments is night and day. 40 years no issues in San Diego 5 years issues in riverside county with loud noise, all night long, blocked driveways, police unhelpful, police lie and injure. how can it be one hour apart and two police stations so different? anyways thank you for your service my family appreciates your professionalism and always to be fair. thank you.

On Sunday, August 9, 2026 around 7 PM, this senior woman walked over to the bedroom door and opened up the door on this other elderly woman's door without getting her permission. Then S. was searching on M's bed to see if she could find this Roku Remote Control Device in M's bedroom. Then I saw M. go into her own room and I heard M. say to S. to get out of her bedroom and she told S. to stop looking for her Roku Remote Control Device in M's Room. Then I heard S. took M's purse then she hit M. on the head very hard . Then S. took her right hand and punched M. In the face. I was in my room when this incident occurred. I left my room to walk out to the family room to watch television . I saw S. Walk out of M'. Room and then S. walked towards her room went inside, then she locked her bedroom door and she stayed inside her room. I saw M. walk out of her bedroom and she was Crying a lot . M. said that S. Punched her in the face with her fist then she took her purse and swung her purse at her head 4 times then S. Hit her 4 times on the top of her head. I wasn't able to witness this incident because I happened to be inside my own bedroom at that time at 7 PM. Since M. was physically assaulted twice by S. I called the 911 Emergency Services Dispatcher phone number. The phone rang twice and this woman dispatcher said 911 What's Your Emergency? I told this 911 Emergency Services Dispatcher woman, to send out the Ambulance and to also dispatch me the San Diego Police Officers plus this PERT Team. The word PERT means Psychiatric Emergency Response Team. One person this older Blonde Haired Woman wearing a light blue tee shirt came over to my house with one police officer with dark brown hair that has a mustache. These 2 people are on this PERT team for Mentally Unstable people . I also asked the 911 Operator to dispatch out an Falk Ambulance at the same time to check on this elderly woman named M. to have these paramedics examine M. Because she was punched in the face by this woman tenant who is a resident here. This is the (Second Time) that older woman S. has punched this Senior Citizen woman and she also hit M. really hard on the top of her head 4 times. My job as the House Manager was to manage things like this going on in this house, When these 2 Paramedics arrived at my home within 15 minutes , I saw the Ambulance Truck parked halfway down the hill. Also the San Diego Police Officers arrived on scene. I saw there was 3 Police SUV Cars parked towards the Falk Ambulance. Then there was a hard knock on the front door. I said yes? This senior SD Cop who was in charge said that I called them to talk with S. who has physically assaulted M. At our house . So Me and M. was told he these 2 SD Cops to wait outside in front of our house to talk to them. M. was crying a lot and explaining to these 2 paramedics that S. Punched her in the face and then took M. Purse and swung it at her then hit her head 4 times with her purse on the top of her head. This younger woman paramedic was talking gently to the woman M. who has been assaulted twice by this same woman last year. This woman is still living in our house even though the owner Juanita has tried several times ti give this S an Eviction notice. It's horrible for me to see such Violent Act in a place where I call my home. Anyway, I stayed outside the house for several hours talking to these 2 Mexican Police Officers in trying to resolve this situation. One of these San Diego Cops said he will call the owner of our home to ask her to file a Emergency Temporary Restraining Order and drive over to the SD Courthouse and then the owner Juanita will have to wait several hours later to ask the judge to approve this Temporary Emergency Restraining Order. Then Juanita, Michelle and I will be assigned a court hearing on September 4, 2026 at 9 AM. My review on these 2 Mexican San Diego Police Officers is a 5 stars - Excellent Review. My lower Rating is on this PERT TEAM for this older woman Employee and her partner who is a San Diego Police Officer. A couple of times, I walked inside the house to listen to the conversations between Sharon who's the Suspect and Linda who works with the Mentally Unstable People. Linda had a very rude and unprofessional attitude towards me and Michelle who was the victim. Linda didn't even say one word to Michelle in asking if she was alright when she was being beaten up by Sharon. Linda also is terrible at her job in trying to fix this issue with Sharon's violent behavior towards Michelle who was accused of stealing Michelle's Remote Control Device. Michelle said she didn't take Sharon's Roku Remote Control Device.

A greatful thank you as I was given an opportunity to find my true self at one point in time. Well, this thank you is well deserved because in reflection of my past, my heart wrote a 5 star review previously in life. I owe each and everyone of you great respect as I found my true self and choose to express it publicly. Everyone serves a purpose, and I've found mine once again so my only heartfelt advice to you all is this... we understand you're either stressed, have your mind on a difficult case or can't seem to accept traumatic experiences... Who knows., but I will tell you this... there are those out there that see through difficulties, have endured then as I have personally, but at the end of the day, we are all in need of support. Just know, you are not alone and to not carry the burden on your own. Stay blessed as I went to church in Santee, and saw a fellow sheriff at the back pew bringing his difficulties and leaving it to his greater power. Stay strong for yourselves, and I commend your efforts in keeping the community a safe place to reside. May GOD bless and be with you at all times, good and bad. AMEN!!!!! Bullseye!

I called on Friday , September 5, 2025 and I talked to Amy. I requested that Amy the Emergency Services Dispatcher please send out these San Diego Police Officers to my home ASAP. The reason was because there was this guy who's a tenant living in this Independent Living House that all of a sudden had a violent confrontation towards me. I saw that he was using these drugs. But his violent outbursts is his regular behavior that he has shown in this house. This guy tried to strangle my neck with one of his hands and he was yelling at me at the same time. He also pushed my body into the wall twice. This is a Domestic Violence Incident that unfortunately has happened to me. I didn't have no time to defend myself against this violent crime . It was a terrible experience for me. Afterwards, when this younger guy stopped choking me . I walked very fast to my bedroom and locked the door behind me. This guy I saw his shoes walk towards my door and he started yelling at me again. I told him to get away from my bedroom door. Then I said I am calling the San Diego Police Department on him now. There were 12 San Diego Police Officers that showed me at my house. Six came inside the house and the other 6 cops were standing outside the house in getting ready to interview the suspect this younger guy who's a renter here living for 2 months in this house. After Officer Colvin wrote up the police report . Officer Colvin asked me if, I want to press charges on him? I said YES because he should not be allowed to try to kill me without being punished for his crime. There was 2 senior citizens watching television in the living room while this guy was hurting me on a specific part on my upper body. Then I had to call the 911 Emergency Services Dispatcher myself to ask for HELP! Officer Colvin also gave me this San Diego Police Department Victim's Bill of Rights, MARSY'S Law Handout Sheet for my information. This other San Diego Police Officer has interviewed these 2 elderly women about this guy who was hurting me and thus younger guy put his hands on me in this house. Afterwards, these other 6 Police Officers were talking to that younger guy outside in front of the house who had committed attempted physical assault a crime. Then I saw these San Diego Police Officers place handcuffs on his wrists then he was arrested and taken away by their police car. I will be pressing serious charges against this person . Then I text messaged the owner of this house. The owner said this man tenant has been evicted immediately from this house and he will not be allowed back on her property ever again. The owner said she will call his mother to come by and pick up his clothes and other things to move his stuff out of his bedroom next week. These SD Cops knocked on the front door and I answered the door. They told me they were there to talk to me about a serious crime that was committed by this younger renter guy to me. Officer Colvin asked me to tell him What Happened from the beginning until the end of this Civil HARRASSMENT incident that was happening to me by this younger tenant who lives in this house. I explained everything to Officer Colvin. I received Excellent customer service from Office Colvin. And these 11 other SD Police Officers were here when I needed them for my safety reasons. This is an Assault and Battery incident that is a very serious crime. This younger man resident should have never been allowed to rent the it another room in this house because of his Violent Angry Behavior towards me and other people who live here in this place. Thus is the second time this guy has shown his bad attitude. Last year he punched holes in the wall , yelled at me last month and then he played his drums very loudly in the garage. I told this guy to stop disturbing the neighbors then he said (Fuck You Frances), and then he gave me the finger. I called the San Diego Police Station on his really bad behavior towards me. This guy who was a resident living here has gotten into a physical fight with another male tenant last year . These incidents are all Red Flags and Warning Signs this guy is has violent behavior. L Take my advice don't ever live in an Aging & Independent Living Household. Every place have mentally ill people, Alcoholics and some people who have been in prison. It's a very scary and d really dangerous place to live at.
