Robert the owner took the extra step to ensure we had a jumphouse for my son's 4th birthday party (after another provider more than doubled the price on our reservation because they were short-staffed, and then canceled it 3 days before the party when we refused to pay). Robert didn't have any availability, but took my number, called a different company and convinced the owner to accommodate us because of what had happened. This has been the second time we rented a bounce house, canopy, banquet table and chairs from Jumpmasters. Filling out the order request on their website is super easy, but if you have additional questions do give them a call... they reply very promptly. Once they received the online request, I got an email confirming that they are looking at it... and within 2 business days I had a formal rental agreement emailed to me for confirmation from Robert. Four days before the event, I received another reminder email. On the day of the party, the driver was very punctual and met me at the park where we were hosting the party. He worked really fast and set everything up. Before he left, he even gave me a business card with Robert's contact information as well as his ( driver's) contact information should I need to call him for any emergency or if the party wraps up earlier than expected. One thing that really impressed me is how the driver came with a pail of cleaning solution, and vacuum cleaner and cleaned the entire bounce house in front of us before taking it down... The ease of doing business with Robert and his company has been consistently great and his rates are quite reasonable as well. Recently used them for my son's 1st birthday party. SD Jumpmasters prices were very comparable to other companies that I researched. I chose the package deal with a jumper, sno cone maker, tables and chairs. i upgraded the jumper to the 4 in 1 jumper with slide and also got 2 kids tables instead of two adult tables with chairs. Two weeks prior to my even i called to add a couple more tables to my order and also change the start and pickup time. They were very accommodating to my requests. Great customer service! Reservations were very easy to do online. The week of the party they email you to confirm the details and review the invoice. The day before the party, they call you to again confirm the details. I like how they do that.... saves me the stress of wondering if they will actually show up. The BEST part and why I gave them 5 stars and have recommended them to my friends is they actually clean the jumper BEFORE they deflate it and roll it up. I've never seen any other company do that. All the other companies I've seen, just show up, deflate it and rolls up the jumper. Makes me wonder if they actually clean it. right?! They were on time at both set up and pick up. When the owner came to pick it up, he cleaned the inside and outside with disinfectant and mops prior to deflating it. read more

We rented from Jumpmasters yesterday for my son's 10th Birthday bash. Robert, the owner, is absolutely wonderful! The jumper was amazing- it was so nice, clean, sturdy. Robert is reliable and professional. He was so kind and communicated our party desires with us very well- confirming our reservation, backing it up with paperwork. etc. He was extremely flexable and just a dream to work with. We rented the SportsTheme Jumper- it looks WONDERFUL in person! The website pictures do it no justice. It is great quality. I couldn't believe his rates are so amazing! The kids had a BLAST. The jumper was a huge hit for the 3 year olds all the way to the parents! We also rented chairs and tables; Robert took his time to come in and set them up for us. The tables and chairs were of better quality than other places I have seen before. The plastic chairs were very durable and even have a slight curve in them, which makes them very comfortable- even for adults! We used one of the tables for the kids "arts & crafts" table and it was so sturdy- It has a locking device that made it easy for us to fold ourselves once we were done with it. I have used other "companies" in the past and NO ONE compares to Robert at Jumpmasters! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. For our future party needs, this will be the only place we go to for jumpers and chairs/tables. Next time, I think I will even try out his cotton candy machine and popcorn machine! It's so much better than sitting around and waiting for a call back from a place that may or may not have a jumper available. When they arrived, they were professional and put safety first. They even wiped down the inside! The best part came right before they left. I was disappointed because the jumper I ordered was smaller than I expected. Robert is awesome! They are PROFESSIONAL and such a pleasure to work with!! We had our son's 1st birthday party at our house, but space is limited in the backyard where we wanted to have the jumper. Robert offered to come over to check out the space because of my concerns with size. He went out of his way to come over on his own time to scope the size!! You cannot beat such great customer service!! Because i wanted the bigger themed jumper, he agreed to bring it (estimating it would be a tight fit), but was thoughtful to bring the smaller backup castle jumper just in case, on the day of. They are truly the BEST!! he was right, by the way, and we ended up with the CASTLE 13x13 jumper and it was plenty big! They even have a BASKETBALL HOOP in there for added fun. He seemed to have other variety, like OBSTACLE COURSES, SLIDES, etc... that unfortunately we couldn't fit, but if we do a party at a park and go bigger, we will definitely be using them again. I rented Jumpmasters on Saturday for my son's 1st birthday party. We had originally planned for event to be held at Poway Lake, but due to the rain we had to relocate the party to my home. With only an hour notice, I contacted them and they were able to deliver the Bounce House to my house. On delivery, Robert was friendly, courteous and very informative. I have never rented a Bounce House before and he was thorough on explaining how to use/care for the Bounce House. I had requested the Animal Birthday Party house, and he delivered! It was clean, sturdy and so much fun! The kids (and some adults!) had so much fun jumping around in it - there's even a basketball hoop inside the jumper that was so much fun! Our party ended at 7:00p, and Robert didn't pick up the Bounce House until 8:30p which was an added bonus for the kids who were sleeping over. The children were so sad to see it go. Jumpmasters doesn't charge a cleaning fee either. (I returned the bounce house in clean condition) but Robert took the time to vacuum and sanitize the Bounce House before packing it up. It's very nice to know that he takes the extra time to clean and sanitize it for the next customer. I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism that Jumpmasters delivered. We had to make a couple of changes to the contract as we got closer to the event and there were no problems with making the changes. Did not ever think so much about renting a bouncy house/jumper ever until I had to get one for my daughter and figure out how to make it work in our backyard. He was amazing and went beyond any customer service I have encountered by giving me his number so I cld txt him pix of my backyard to help us decide whether the one she wanted wld work or not. He was patient to help me out as well as figure out a backup plan (alternatively set up on the driveway) of backyard wld not work. Due to the nature of their business the person who answered very kindly explained I could probably get a better deal from another rental company. I already have an inflatable and was just looking for weights or sandbags but all places I called asking about it pretty much hung up on me since they weren't gonna get the big business they were expecting.
