We threw our best party yet!!!!!!! Thanks to Blue bear entertainment who supplied a bounce house and a balloon arrangement for my sons birthday party. I began communicating with Dania about the ballon arrangement, once our deal was finalized she recommended the bounce house which I was shopping around for already. I decided to stick with blue bear entertainment for both the bounce house and the ballon arrangement for convenience and it was the best decision I made. You can expect prompt, quality and efficient products and services for Blue Bear entertainment. Our 24hr bounce house rental was extended to almost 48hrs with no additional charge to us. Our guest had an amazing time with the wet/dry bounce house, Down to the last few moments of our rental when Alberto was deflating the bounce house getting it ready to be wrapped up, some of our guest were still in it, trying to get some fun in before the party was over. It was hilarious. But evidence of a GREAT party!!!!! Thank you Blue Bear Entertainment!!!!!

It was the centerpiece of the party and all my guests complimented the balloon bouquet along with the rocket ship they provided! Dania was professional, courtesy, and addressed all my questions! She was able to perfect the ballon bouquet we wanted! She's incredibly talented! On the day of the party, they were on time and both her and her husband helped me set up, offered suggestions, and even helped us set up our piñata. Not only was Blue Bear Entertainment responsive to any questions we had about the bounce house but timely in setting up. Definitely saved the day since it started to drizzle. The bounce house was covered on the top so the kids stayed dried and had a blast!Alberto the owner even helped my husband put up tarps on the pergola and even brought back tents so everyone stayed dried! Blue Bear is local to Scripps Ranch/Poway! Will definitely use them again for parties.

I've rented from other party rental companies in San Diego, but I'd have to say I've found a new favorite! The variety of jumper/slide options that Blue Bear offers is amazing, but more importantly, the condition and cleanliness of the products is top notch. We rented the "Blocks Tower" for my son's birthday the very first weekend after Alberto had added it to his inventory. Since we couldn't have a traditional birthday party for him due to the COVID shelter-in-place restrictions, we wanted to do something to make it special and memorable for him. And Oh.My.Gosh... my son had SUCH a blast that we ended up renting the Dual Slide for the next two days to continue the backyard fun (the Blocks Tower was already reserved, or we would've kept that one -- it's SO fun!). Alberto was great about communicating when he'd arrive for drop off and pick up, and offered to wear a mask the whole time (he left it up to customer preference). Service was friendly and professional, on top of the great products they have available. I 100% plan to rent from Blue Bear again, and I highly recommend them!

We didn't just get an awesome bouncy house with a water slide and pool, we received above and beyond great customer service! Bounce house was completely sanitized upon set up. We had to call twice to troubleshoot and the owner was nearby so he just popped back over to help and even made the kids some balloon swords and gave the birthday boy a musics candle!!! I rented this bounce house wet slide for my son's 10th birthday. The party went on 2 hours longer than expected because the kids would NOT get off!! This was so perfect and so much fun, no one could get their kid off . I accidentally booked the wrong day and Alberto the owner texted me to confirm delivery and I panicked realizing my mistake. He was SUPER accommodating and went out of his way to help me - even when he was supposed to be traveling the day I actually needed it. He made it happen and was just wonderful. Saw all the 5 star ratings on yelp so I decided to go with them, the owner was very nice and he communicated great. The bounce house was clean when we got it which is a huge thing for me, my kids and me have health issues and get sick very easily. Also him and his partner were wearing a mask so I really appreciate it. I will definitely rent again from them soon!!! read more

Blue Bear really made my son's birthday special. Admittedly, I waited too long to find a jump house for my son's party, but I found Blue Bear on Yelp with all these great five star reviews, checked out the company website and decided to call. This is an independently owned, local, family operated business and it shows. Friendly and accommodating, he worked around my schedule the day of the party unlike many jump house companies that tell you when it's convenient for them. Other add-on party planning options were offered, but there was no pressure. Up front about all costs with no hidden fees. I appreciate how Blue Bear runs their business and cares about the community (read their story on the website). I used Blue Bear Entertainment for my daughters 5th birthday party. The delivery service was easy and the team members were friendly and personable. They cleaned the jumper in front of me which gave me comfort knowing that they keep everything clean. I got the unicorn jumper with the water slide and rainbow piñata. Everyone who came to the party had a great time. The kids had fun with the jumper and the adults could relax. All the guests were impressed to how fun the jumper and water slide were. We rented a jumper, tables, and chairs from Blue Bear Entertainment for our daughter's birthday. Alberto is super friendly and helpful and very responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable and set everything up perfectly. He even vacuumed and cleaned the jumper before we used it. He texted us to check in and make sure we had everything we needed (we did!). Albert went above and beyond cleaning the bounce house when he set it up. He power washed it and gave us the satisfaction of it being clean during these times. He had great communication with us and dropped off our rental timely. Albert is great with kids; he started playing with my son showing him how to go down the slide and played with him in the ball pit. Will be using his rental service again! read more

Alberto is kind and so personable. Alberto (and Blue Bear entertainment) was very easy and a pleasure to work with for our son's birthday. Alberto went way above and beyond for our family and they even provided a fun baseball game which the kids enjoyed as well as bouncing for two days straight!!! I had it set up on a different part of my house in 2023 on the driveway, but this time I wanted it set up on my front yard because drive way is full. So that's why again, I had a lot of questions because it is limited and wasn't sure about clearance for entrance and exit. Yes there are dimensions listed but again, I am confused how much clearance for entrance and exit and even given the dimensions because of the limitation of space. Again it is my fault for assuming the owner would help and communicate this with me, because hey who has the patience to communicate with customers? Not everyone. Also, fertilizer smells bad for 1-3 days but whatever makes you feel better about insulting me. The owner obviously can't handle a bad review. It was a mis communication, and not right match regarding communication and his expectations. But the owner continues to insult me & attack my personal character. This is my final response. I cleared the 16 x 17 setup area. But I didn't know if the space in front of it -- for entrance/exit, blower, or safety buffer -- also had to be cleared. That's why I CALLED to ask, but was ignored. Not everyone works in construction for a living, so assuming so is ignorant. And perhaps I'm ignorant to assume owner would collab and communicate. I want to clarify my experience in a factual and respectful way without insulting the owner with "messy" and "dog poop odor" like a high schooler. First off, I called twice to clarify dimensions. I did not know to over prepare for space, because the owner IGNORED my phone calls twice. Yes dimensions are listed, but my case was different because it is on a slope hill with limited space, i am a first time renter. I was not sure if plants are a safety hazard, I called for reassurance and clarity and was given none. Text messages were minimal and got back to me hours later, didn't return my phone calls, didn't confirm the night before. The day of installation, I told installer I would move the plants for him, since I couldn't ask these questions via phone calls since they were ignored. I had three people there to move for him. He then began setting up. I asked specifically which pots to move (so they don't fall on him, or me, or kids). I'm confused about entrance and exit placement. He ignores my question. I ask a second time can you point? Ignores me. I ask a third, he then begins to yell at me and says I am rude. I am rude for being direct? I am rude for wanting clarity? If he were to tell me directly over the phone before arrival I need X feet cleared, I need the whole yard cleared, I would have done that. I went over the contract several times and it's not listed. He or she (dunno who's actually writing the responses or if they were even there) because my yard isn't a mess (there's pictures looks quite minimal despite plants to me). They want to say I was in a bad mood, but in all actuality, i didn't ask him to move plants, I moved them for him, because it's not his job. I needed clarity where the entrance and exit was so I know which way to move the plants so they don't interfere with the set up. they were transactional, not collaborative or helpful in giving me advice, I think that would stress anyone out. I could say they were in a bad mood before arrival because no one was responding to me before arrival? How am I supposed to know what the regulations are if they don't list it on email, contract or answer phone. It was my fault for assuming they would try to collab and help me, instead I was insulted and dismissed.

He will work out a deal if he doesn't have any other reservations. He was very knowledgable and prompt. Highly recommend! Getting ready to rent from again for backyard fun. Albert (owner), is super nice and easy to work with. We had a somewhat confined backyard space so worked with us to pick the right bounce house (and it had a slide). The delivery and setup was very quick, efficient and safe. This is by far the best company I've hired for a bouncy house. The owner was awesome, set everything up, cleaned the entire bouncy house with disinfectant and let us go at it. The kids had so much fun I couldn't get them out of there! This is perfect for parties or just for a fun weekend for the kids. Dania, is extremely talented and professional! She works with you on all the details and wants you to have the perfect setup for your party. I guarantee you will love working with her! My guests just loved taking photos in front of the balloon arrangement. She uses high quality balloons that last for about a month.
