Wedding planning was crazy but Ce went above and beyond and helped make it a pleasant experience. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour developing a wedding timeline. I really was impressed with how easy it was to get in contact with her; She seemed to respond to my emails within minutes. We even talked at 5 AM before work to discuss specifics. From my first meet up with her (for our bitchin' engagement session) I could tell that photography is her passion. She loves what she does and she has a big smile on her face. The best part of Sun Diego Photo is her photos! She knows what she's doing, and did I mention she teaches photography? Our photos, especially from the engagement shoot were absolutely stunning. I purchased a Starlink antenna and equipment from this company believing it was legitimate and could be activated under my own account. That turned out to be false. After the sale, I learned that the equipment was already tied to another Starlink account with an outstanding balance. When I contacted Starlink to transfer the equipment and change the service plan to meet my needs, I was informed that this could not be done because the equipment was associated with an existing leased account. Even more concerning, Starlink advised that the equipment is leased, not owned, and that leased equipment remains the property of Starlink and must be returned if service is terminated. In my view, I was sold equipment that the seller did not own and had no right to sell. When I confronted Vincent G. Sheppard, he repeatedly promised that he would refund my money. Every one of those promises was broken. Instead of resolving the problem, he ultimately blocked my phone number, leaving me with unusable equipment and no meaningful way to resolve the issue. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. I believe consumers should exercise extreme caution before purchasing any equipment from this company. Verify ownership directly with Starlink before paying, request proof that the equipment is eligible for transfer, and never rely solely on verbal promises. In my opinion, this transaction reflects a complete lack of honesty, accountability, and customer service. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid finding themselves in the same situation.
