We exchanged business cards and about a month later we had a phone issue and I called Paul to see if his team could help us. That chance meeting formed a business relationship that has been going strong almost 10 years now. When calling for service, I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy (over the phone). Kathy has been our go to in scheduling the techs for phone, VoIP, cabling, etc. She goes above and beyond in making sure our jobs are done in a timely manner. If you buy your business phone, data and Internet services directly from a carrier sales person you'll be paying too much. ATEL is able to broker all the carriers against one another to ensure the lowest price. ATEL is also much better that the carrier direct sales people when it comes to designing a wide area network for a business with multiple locations. He told me what was doable, what was not worth the expense, and what to do instead. He was honest and creative about what could be done. They were competitively priced, and didn't have the "you dont know what I'm talking about" tax that I was getting from others. On the day of, they came out and got it done in a few hours. Mounting Canvas TVs (great TVs, horrible mounting system), setting up Sonos bars and hiding the cords in walls so it fits seamlessly. It honestly looks like a painting when not in use when there arent cords ruining the aesthetic. They even had a drywall guy that came the same day for the work outside their scope. I've got home networking projects coming up and will defintely use them again. Give them a try, you wont regret it.
