The San Fernando market is happening every Wednesday and Saturday at 08:00 until 14:00, Here you'll find a big variety of local and national souvenirs, summer & winter clothing, fake jewellery, faker sunglasses, those Hucci wallets and Uncle Peppy Jeans, earphones and beach stuff. Beside the above 'tat' you can also get fresh local produce of berries, plataan, spices and big juicy melons. There is also a roofed market area, too cool you down (a bit) and there you can also find different stands that offer flowers and the more perishable food from all over the islands - meat & poultry. It is big(ish) and not too expensive. I recommend visiting when you're bored of the beach or early in the day (not too hot). read more
