I took a look online for process and to no surprise as all other government offices, appointments were months out. I did a quick google search for non appointment options and found Eastridge Post Office welcomed non appointments. I waited about (2) hours in line as there were a mixture of appointments and non appointments. Once I was up, the process was seamless and Harry was professional and delightful to speak with. He answered all my questions in some of the areas I left blank on the application and he worked as quick as he could to get everyone taken care of. Definitely an efficient multitasker. Anyone coming here to get help with processing your passport, I'd say downloading or filling out the application ahead of time helps with the process and bring your photos and all supporting documents to make it quick and easy.

She gave good advice and was patient even when I was having an issue (because I had made a mistake on the spelling of my middle name on my DL). She was friendly as well as funny. It made the chore enjoyable. It's next to JC Penny's. Parking was close, and lots of spots open (unlike when I've gone to the Oakridge Mall.)
