Service was very quick and accommodating for our large group. I think we were running a little behind, but our driver was very nice and understanding. We had a blast taking this thing to the city (might have been more fun than the club itself!). He was also there right on time for dropping us off home. They were also incredibly affordable, no more than 15 or 20 bucks a person (I forgot, but there were like 12 of us). Totally worth it if you don't want to worry about having a DD and just want everyone in the same boat to have a good time. I'd definitely use them again...maybe a trip to Napa? :O

I trust them 100% to show my group and I an awesome time! Not only are they on time, but they're also very accommodating with larger groups where some of us tend to run a little late :/ They're also super affordable, especially compared to other limo services in the Bay Area. I've now been in at least 4 different limos of theirs which are all super clean and nice! They try to get around it by saying the fee will be taken off wine purchased, but that was only the case with one of the wineries we went to. Of course they didn't tell us this until we were getting in the limo in San Francisco. Rather than make the situation uncomfortable for my friends, I just decided to roll with it. It was horribly embarrassing. 8 of us unnecessarily paid $10 each for tastings at 3 different wineries, and we totally weren't prepared for that. If your driver is Ned do not even go on the trip. When he dropped us off in San Francisco he demanded a $172 tip, and would not take anything else. He said that was a mandatory fee for gratuity, and that was not listed anywhere on the voucher. My husband offered him $120 (which I did not agree with at all), and he said no. He kept trying to strongarm us into paying $172. We were so scared, we were seconds away from calling the police. Besides having to pay tasting fees at wineries which were supposed to be included, the driver was trying to intimidate us into tipping $172? We called Alex, and Alex asked us to put Ned on the phone. By this time we were so scared and uncomfortable, we just walked away. It was a total disaster. Ned then called my cell phone and my husbands phone screaming at us calling us cowards for stiffing him. I'm sorry but we offered you $120 and that wasnt enough. No one tried to stiff him, but you get what you get especially when the voucher clearly included false advertising. I have written Travelzoo a complaint, and I encourage everyone this happens to to do so as well. It clearly stated on the voucher that the day would include 6 hours of limo service stopping at 4 predetermined wineries INCLUDING TASTINGS, SNACKS, a bottle of sparkling wine, and bridge toll. The trip started off great, with a nice greeting from Lester and two (halfway decent) bottles of sparkling wine since our limo was full. But! We got to the first winery and our tasting was NOT by any means included. Although it wasn't expensive, the fact that the voucher clearly stated the tastings were included was not very fair to any of the customers. We called Alex, the owner of the business, and he didn't really seem to understand our disappointment. He said the tastings are free "IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE." Really??? So we each have to buy a bottle of wine at each of the four wineries to get the value of our voucher? How come it didn't say that ON the voucher? We asked him kindly for a refund for the costs of the tastings, and he said that was absolutely not an option. He actually said he didn't care if we were all disappointed in the way the business is run because he "knows how to run a business." He did offer us an additional 2 hours in the limo, but that wasn't really the point. We all would have been prepared and accepting of the additional costs had we been informed (or at least not lied to) before buying the voucher. Also, there were no snacks in the limo. LIES LIES LIES. Based on the pure beauty of Sonoma and tastiness of their wines, this tour was still lots of fun. Just be prepared to pay more than you were told you would.

I didn't encounter traffic problems until I got to San Bruno & Daly City. When you get up around Edgewood exit north to Rt 92, you have to really try hard NOT to go over 75 mph. It's cool that there's a rest stop on I-280 North after you pass the Rt 92 interchange. Nice scenery in some parts. On the northbound side, you can see the "Flintstone house." On the westside, you can see the Crystal Springs Reservoir. When you get up to Sneath Lane, you can see the Golden Gate National Cemetery. I-280 will end in San Francisco's Mission Bay in the area of Oracle Park and the Chase Center.

Plus you get parking right up next to the train car. The parlor car offered spacious, comfortable seating, VIP time with Santa Claus, a hot adult beverage, or nonalcoholic version, bottled water, snacks, Christmas cookies, and a great narrative of the ride. You're also allowed to walk the length of the train, but you need to have a wristband so you can get back into the parlor car area. Be prepared for lots of traffic as you drive to the train station from other parts of the Bay Area. Traffic is bad during the winter if not always. The train leaves right on time so you do not want to be late. Also, the railroad provides very detailed and helpful instructions about how to get to the depot and how to navigate the parking and other systems. They have outside train cars and inside train cars so you can choose what type of seat you want. This is definitely been worth the money and should become a holiday.
