I found San Remo cafe, to be very basic. I felt I was transported back to a school tuck shop with all the with all the chocolates bars on display. My friend ordered a lousy cheese sandwich, which looked and tasted like the bread was bought from A supermarkets own brand bread, you could literally see the thick slab of basic cheese with the yellow butter bursting out. I unfortunately tried it and it left nothing to be desired. I tried their- I'm assuming home made carrot cake which was alright.
I ordered a green tea which I was actually surprised they sell herbal teas.
I don't like the dead brown decor and I didn't really find the cafe atmosphere to be relaxing. It's is good for families and kids since it is set in a park. But I do like the shape of this round circled cafe. read more
