I'll just echo what everyone else was saying...Yo is awesome! When I walked in the door, she greeted me by name. It caught me off guard at first but once I realized she takes the time to learn all of her students names, I understood. The class and people were awesome. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with the big open space and lighting. As well as the setup with various equipment. Parking was a breeze and class times worked well with my full time work schedule. The workout itself was very challenging in the beginning (especially those strength classes!), but by the end of 2 weeks It felt much easier and I even found myself able to increase my weights. I really recommend this for all levels of fitness and would return for a day I wanted a less intense break from cardio. I really feel like I built a lot of leg strength during my time here and would often find them shaking at the end of an exercise. My only wish would be that they offered more evening classes over the weekend. Excited to see this studio grow and see what they do moving forward!
