However, I thought, perhaps she had a problem with the person picking up in the other lane and I'd give it a shot when I went to pick mine up. NOPE! Same thing! I waited almost 10 minutes just to get my son's ONE prescription and that was after we had given them 2 hours to fill it! Last two times I called in a refill which I call it in and ask for pick up time hours before I get there. Last time three hours later it wasn't done and had to wait they said ten minutes but was more like twenty minutes. This time I called it in a 9am. They said it would be done by 1pm. Got there at 3pm. They said they never got the call in and I could wait fifteen minutes. There have been other issues before this with my husband's prescriptions as well. I talked to my doctor this past Wednesday and they called while I was on the phone into CVS you still have it that you need to contact the doctor. I have two scripts waiting there for days. I'm not picking them up till I get the next script. Why make so many choices. Unfortunately you're the only fricking Drugstore around here or I would go somewhere else in heartbeat. And I use GoodRx and you always have to redo them when I get to the store. Why don't you just use my GoodRx to start with.
