It's out in the middle of the country...let's put it this way, you wouldn't run into it while out and about! I see they now have a website which includes a charming history of this family-owned business dating back to 1955 when the current owner's father purchased the property, as well as where the name "Echo Hill" comes from! I believe almost all the employees are family and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Granted, I haven't been here since moving out of state in 2020 and from reading some of the reviews, it seems their prices (like everyone else's) have increased, but this store always had the biggest selection of grains, flours, nuts, and spices, as well as packaging for homemade food gifts. I always found their selection and pricing to be awesome and worth the drive!

Protein and preworkout types/brands are ones that you would never in 2 million years find at Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, or even Bodybuilding.com. It's always clean and well organized there. It does disappoint me that they don't really stock equipment there anymore. I spent several thousand dollars there with great ease on gym equipment there when they carried it. This place will continue to be my stop when I need to stock up on protein. Like I said, I know there have been complaints but I never personally had a problem with them.
