Long overdue update…read more Quick caveat, I lease my cars and intend to keep them for 3 years, but occasionally life gives you lemons and CLLA helps you turn them into lemonade. Since my original review in 2017, they have actually settled two different issues for me. Reminder that these buyback settlements usually include some kind of NDA so I'll keep it vague. The lease that replaced the buyback from my original review was a good car but had several small but nagging issues they couldn't resolve. CLLA was able to negotiate a "cash-and-keep" where I completed and returned the lease, but received a settlement check that more than covered the inconvenience. The following lease was flawless and actually bought-out at the end for a family member, and they still love it. The lease after that, a 2023, was nothing but software problems: not shifting into park (which is now electronic), problems with the safety systems over-alerting or just going offline (usually 1hr+ into a road trip). After about 3 months of negotiations, the manufacturer wanted me to do a cash-and-keep, but I didn't feel the car was safe. CLLA (Jeeho) was incredibly supportive of whatever I wanted to do. During that round of negotiations I held-off taking the car in again, since every time they did a software update and claimed it should fix the issues, but it either didn't fix those issues or traded them for another. With my attorney's support, and coordination with my Service Advisor, I took the car in again, the dealership had it for three weeks and found no issues (I reproduced them the day I got it back). Jeeho went back to their attorneys and persuaded them to buy that car back. Believe it or not, I ended up leasing a car from the same brand. Before I did, I asked Jeeho if I was crazy and he assured me they see very few issues with that brand. I'm very happy with the current lease so far, but I'm even happier with the results CLLA has been able to get when something has gone wrong and manufacturer is unable or unwilling to diagnose/resolve that issue. Thank you, thank you, thank you! #hatTrick

We had a couple of relatives pass away and the necessity of a trust and estate plan became painfully clear. Kelly Dingwell at Dingwell law made the process really easy...or as easy as planning for your own death can be. She was patient and kind and thorough, tactful and sensitive to complex familial relationships. Her knowledge and expertise, attention to detail, and practical advice has given our family the peace of mind that comes with knowing that should the unthinkable happen, our kids will be taken care of and there will be no confusion about our wishes, etc. Kelly does practice other types of law, not just estate planning, but we've been fortunate to not need her litigation skills. We have confidently referred many friends and family members to Kelly for estate planning and other legal matters. She has a nice office, conveniently located on second street in LB. Plenty of street parking and a quiet and comfortable place to discuss business and sign documents.

Teshale Law came highly recommended but fell short once I was ghosted by him. He was communicative…read moreat the beginning and seemed honest and straightforward which was very helpful. Once I sent over all correspondence with my landlord and their buyout number he responded quickly and said he would handle things moving forward which I was grateful for since I've been dealing with my landlord for months and not making any headway. On July 3rd we had our last conversation he said a letter would be sent out in response to the buyout and then I never heard back from him. He told me he would be out of town the following week but said he would be working remotely and for me to be checking my emails for anything that may need to be addressed. A week later I hadn't heard from him (when he was still in town), I asked about signing the retainer and if the letter had been sent out, he responded and said he had a pressing case that came up and he needed to address promptly but would get the letter out. Since then I reached out asking what the status was & he said he couldn't get the letter out for a few days and understood if I wanted to go with another firm. I responded quickly stating I wanted to stay with his firm since we had already been communicating and he had all my info. I never heard from him again. I reached out 2 times to his office and both times no return phone call. I had to call back to get basic info. Honestly he seemed like a very caring and nice guy but the lack of communication and disregard for an already trying time for me was disappointing. He could've at least sent an email saying he wasn't going to work with us, that takes little effort. Ghosting someone is so unprofessional.
