I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received a text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help. read more

They did such a good job at my office that I hired them for my home. My house hasn't been this clean in years. I even changed from monthly to bi-monthly on the first visit. They work hard...like on their hands and knees scrubbing hard. You dont see many companies, especially cleaning services that take pride in their work anymore. I just moved into my new home Jan 8, and even though the sellers allegedly cleaned before we purchased, I just didn't feel satisfied. I was nervous to try a cleaning company recommended on Yelp. I knew I had high expectations and didn't feel I would find a company that met them, but I was pleased from beginning to end. I hired this company for an initial deep cleaning followed by biweekly cleanings which were to take place on Saturdays. The initial deep cleaning crew became unavailable at the last minute so the owner and his partner did the cleaning themselves...which was just ok. Hardwood floors were cleaned and waxed around the scatter rugs leaving dull flooring visible whenever the rugs slipped out of place. I decided to give them a chance anyway. There were multiple last minute cancellations by this company for my scheduled biweekly cleanings citing employees with COVID. Then my cleaning schedule was changed to Monday per request of the owner citing difficulties with staffing on Saturday. I gave the Monday schedule a try. Because they only clean while someone is home...my cleaning took place late in the afternoon. One cleaner would show up and it took 3 1/2 hours do to do the basic cleaning. It was a less than adequate cleaning....the furniture would only be dusted around table runners or decorations. Floors would be sprayed with a waxy spray then just dry mopped leaving a waxy build up and dried up spray droplets visible on my wood floors. After complaining, I was rescheduled back to my original Saturday schedule only to be cancelled twice more at the last minute!!! If reliability and quality is what you want.....Sanchez is not for you! read more
