I contacted them after business hours and they got back to me the following day and actually came to my house and quoted me in less than 24 hours. I have a busy schedule so for them to get the ball rolling quickly was crucial for me to hire them for the job. We agreed on a day the following week to have the work completed. They arrived in a timely manner and got right to work. I had my window tracks, screens, and panes all cleaned so this was a big job for a team of two guys. They worked tirelessly for 3 hours and upon completion my windows look brand new! I couldn't be happier with the outcome of hiring south coast precision cleaning. One of their greatest strengths is communication. They got back to me right away and didn't make me wait for a quote. They're also extremely detail oriented. The tracks of my windows were really dirty and they cleaned it all out so that there isn't any problem sliding anymore. Also there was paint residue on my glass and they somehow managed to get all of it off. The price I paid for the work they completed was very reasonable.
