They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning.
