I was surprised by the many different selections, and loved the engravings, and based off the pictures that I got from her friends, that's exactly what she was looking for as well. I emailed the Jeweler and was put in touch with Emily. I told her what I was looking for and even though I was several continents away, and it took many months of preparation, from me, she was abundantly helpful and patient. We were able to do everything over email, and she even added my brother to the order so he could pick it up. I wanted to surprise my now fiancé by coming home early and proposing, and Emily even was able to work discreetly with me. She never pressured me, and was more than helpful finding a center stone, and recommendation with insurance. It's just wonderful how smooth everything went, and being able to surprise her with not only coming home, but such a beautiful ring just made everything perfect. The large ruby on my ring became loose and they fixed it for me for just $10 (including taxes). The competitor, Wedding Day, quoted me $100 for the same repair. And... they promised completion in 7 days, but called to say it was ready in just 3 days. The competitor said it would take 10 days. Service from the sales lady was so friendly and easy to work with. The ambiance was their only downfall the 80s/90s vintage oak cases did not look so luxurious. But when prices are 90% lower than their competitors, I would shop elsewhere to figure out my favorite styles, then come here to price check before buying.

I skipped the last inspection due to Covid concerns, but decided it could be done safely this time around. I went to take off my wedding ring and promptly got it stuck mid way up my finger! We tried everything to get it off (YouTube really does have videos for everything, FYI) and finally we had to cut it off. It broke my heart! We then thought that the repair would cost more than the ring but I love my wedding ring, so we would find a way to pay for it. We showed up to Jared and the doors were locked so they could control the entryway. They're taking excellent precautions and everyone was wearing masks. There are disposable masks and hand sanitizer right inside the doors if you need them. The woman who greeted me was SO friendly! I felt like a chump for having this cut up ring, but she made me feel completely at ease. She helped me find a new size that would work and then - best news of all - she said it was 100% covered under the warranty! She asked if it would be OK for them to have a few extra days to repair it when I thought it would take weeks. We got a reminder call to pick it up and the woman who helped me today was also very friendly and chatty. My ring looked brand new. It's shiny and sparkly and I'm so happy to have it back! This experience has been a complete turn-around from a few years ago. I only wish I'd gotten the other woman's name so I could give her proper credit.
