I had an appointment this afternoon for a consultation regarding preparing a trust and power of attorney etc. When I made the appointment the receptionist took my phone number and Email along with my name. I was told to make sure I have the form completed before my consultation I never received it .my husband wanted me to skip the call altogether saying that if they don't follow thru on the small things how will we trust them with our entire Estate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called and was transferred by the same receptionist and was hung up on. I waited for a return call things happen and if they called back no problem. I never got a call back so along with no intake form I think I need to agree with my husband and move on to find a different estate attorney. read more

I made an appointment to discuss my Living Trust with an attorney. I requested that we meet at their Kissimmee office since it is closer to my home. I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early, waited 15 minutes as the attorney ran into heavy traffic and we met for about a half-hour. I left with the impression that she was going to provide me with a trust document to protect my house from probate. I have not heard from her since our meeting. A few days later, I received a letter from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, stating that I was in the building parking area for 1-1/2 hours and that I owed them $87. I explained why I was parked there but they refused my dispute. I tried to call them, left a message but never received a call back. I called the Law Firm twice regarding the incident, explained the situation to two different receptionists, but never received a call from the attorney or anyone else. I left a contact message on their web site but again I never received a response from anyone. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. read more

NEGATIVE 10 stars.Yelp shouldn't force us to leave a minimum of 1 because this firm doesn't even deserve one half. I am writing on behalf of friends as they dont use Yelp. AVOID this "firm" at all costs. As you can see in previous reviews this place may possibly get hit with a malpractice suit, which is not surprising at all. We are actually shocked it hasn't happened yet! The amount of stress and anxiety my friends have been out through due to this firm and their incompetence and lack of communication is appalling. Their attorneys and paralegals don't seem to know how to utilize a phone, communication and follow through is an absolute joke, and it's just one excuse after another. My friends will also be filing complaints with the Bar like these past clients have done, as you can see on here. Seriously, avoid this firm. All they do is waste massive amounts of money and time and cause clients extreme stress. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM: My attorney Daniel De Ligoria left the firm. Then Desiree Sanchez became my council. They already made multiple mistakes that I documented. She called me and said she would be of the ​council. I asked for an update on my case. She said I was just taking over but would get back with you after reviewing the case. I waite for​d two week. No word. She left me a voicemail that she would call me this Friday. I called the previous Monday. Asking If I could set an appointment with her for a short telephone conference. The assistant said she had to get permission. I have to get permission to speak with my own attorney? I said how long. She said, today maybe tomorrow. I'll call you back. Late afternoon the next day no call. I call and said there is nothing I can do. Just wait. I send an email asking on what is being discussed with opposing council. No email return. I send this email: ---Can you please give me a short call. I don't know what is going on with any of my cases. And it's been months.---- I called Thursday at 12:30 to speak to Ms. Sanchez. I was told that she went home for the day already. I waited till Friday. From her voicemail,​ she said she would call me. No call. I call the office. Her assist Jazmine who is amazing and so nice apologized for her behavior. And said, she would call me next Wednesday. I can't even speek to my attorney. Then I receive this email from Sanchze. --Mr. Swanson, In our previous conversation, I told you I would be reaching out to counsel to obtain their position. Within days, you emailed me asking for an update and I advised you that I did not have one and that I would let you know once I did. Five days later, I provided you an update advising you that counsel and I had a teleconference set up for today and I would update you upon speaking with her. In between this time, you kept calling the office although I had no update. Today, you called once again I cannot move forward with representation if your redundant communication persists unnecessarily. You called today to ask what my conversation with the attorney would be about although I advised you in our conversation and in my email as to what the conversation with opposing counsel would be about. Telling me how other attorneys work does not affect how I work. I have been very thorough with my communication and have kept you updated. The update on my conversation with opposing counsel is as follows: she advised she will be speaking with her client on Tuesday afternoon so she asked to change our teleconference to Wednesday. If you want to retain the services of another attorney, please let me know. But you cannot continue to call my firm the way you have been. I say that with all due respect to you. Have a nice weekend.-- I responded with this. --Ms. Sanchez, I responded. I can't even call my attornies office to schedule a call? What if I had something to add, or needed to tell you something. It's been six months with no update. I need an update? This is what she responded with Mr. Swanson, Thank you for your responses. This email shall serve as notice that my firm is termination of legal services. Unfortunately, my firm will be unable to represent you any longer. I will convey this information to opposing counsel on Monday so you can communicate directly with you. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance if the new attorney you retain has questions. And when I did get an appoinment she never showed up. I'm filing a complaint with the Florida Bar and Orlando Bar. I'm filing a legal mal-practice case. Luckily, I keep very well notes and all phone records. So bottom line. There are hundreds of law fims in Orlando. Why choos a firm that won't take your call. Where you can't talk to your attorny. Didn't show up for appointment... I have a new baby and my husband had to use vacation time to leave work early so I could drive 1 hr to this appointment. My sister had to take the whole day off in order to attend. We fight traffic, get all the way up there just to wait 45 mins past our appointment. Once we're called back we were informed that there was a mix up and the attorney wasn't there today but she was on speaker phone for a group call (then why was I waiting for 45 mins without being told??). I could have done this from my own house and my husband could have saved his vacation time. There is no way there was a mix up, I called twice to confirm and received 2 confirmation auto texts from them the day before and the day of! Then to top it off, the girl tells me they all have to go get their kids and leave early cutting our time short (after taking me back 45mins late, as if I have nowhere to be). I have never experienced anything so rude and unprofessional and my time has never been so disrespected. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. read more
