Avoid RePlanet Recycling behind Ralph's on Rose Ave. Few times I've been there, I have to deal with this dude - the white guy that talks too much. I think his name is Zach. He will also refused to serve you 10 minutes before he goes to lunch. . Rubs people off the wrong way. In addition, on a bad day you have to wait - 30-40 minutes to get processed. Not fun on hot summer day. Sanchez has way more people working there so you get processed very quickly and efficiently and didn't I say they are very friendly. Came here because the one I usually go to wasn't open yet and there was already a line of 5-6 people waiting. The place was a little tricky to find. GPS did not bring me to the right place. It's kind of hidden in an industrial area. I called while I was driving back and forth and the guy who answered explained how to find them. The place was clean without a wait (No sketchy people hanging around and no putrid smell of stale beer). The one guy rolled a couple of bins up to my car and unloaded everything for me. He even asked me if I wanted to keep the bags (which I did because I reuse them). He then folded them back up and put them in a neat pile in the trunk of my car! The guy explained how they come up with the amount they'll pay me and gave me a slip. Brought my slip up to the window and got my cash. Easy peasy! We have been coming here since it opened. Friendly staff, they help me sort and get me through the process quickly and easily. They keep their yard very clean which is important to me as I hate going to places which smell and/or are rodent infested. Recently used this place to dispose of miscellaneous small metal items from garage cleanout. The staff was very fast, pleasant and helpful. We were unloaded and got in and out of there quickly! Had some old aluminum rims in garage that had zero use for, didn't want to throw away. Found Sanchez Recycling here on Yelp, positive reviews. Every review was 100% spot on. Clean yard, nice & polite guys working there. In & out quickly. Also the Lakeview Loop tip to get there was key. I highly recommend this yard if you're a recycler. We made our children recycle since CRV started, so we still do it! So can you believe that we would find a recycling center close to home, pays for many recyclable items, not just CRV. The guys come to your car and help you unload your bags. Very nice people and pays quite well for your recyclables. My wife loves Sanchez Recycling!  This is our go-to recycling place now!   Wasn't easy to find using Waze, but I called and young lady who was very helpful!  Great customer service!! Very helpful! When I showed up late and close to closing they were more than happy to let me come in and we were helped and treated as if we weren't late and running them past closing. I was also relieved hat they were close by and easy access. My navigation had a few bumps getting there, but that wasn't their fault. DO NOT waste your time here. they have it posted that their closing time is 5 p.m. I went there before 5 p.m. and was refused due to the fact that they had not had customers for the last 10 minutes. I wasted my time I wasted my gas and they were very rude and inconsiderate. I suggest taking the recyclables elsewhere. They do not pay as well as the other recycling centers in the area anyways I was only going as a last-minute option. So if you want to get ripped off and turned away even though it is during their posted business hours then this is the place to go otherwise don't waste your time and go somewhere where you get paid more money and get treated with respect. read more

I love this place! I've been to several other recycling places and once I found this little gem, I won't go anywhere else. The customer service is awesome! I don't look forward to recycling day, but this place makes it so much easier. Someone is there to greet you right away and they just about do all the work for you. These people are awesome! I had a lot and was worried about going alone, without help. When I got there, someone came and helped me right away. Took only a couple of minutes to unload and weigh everything. Two minutes later I had cash in hand. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. They are very fair, very helpful and friendly. Been coming to Sanchez Recycling now for almost a year, since the recycling center closed at a nearby Stater Bros. shopping center. I can't believe I didn't discover Sanchez Recycling sooner! I've not once had to wait in a long line in the summer sun to recycle. Sanchez also accepts coupons for those looking to make a bit more, but their prices are good without. This is a family run business and you can tell based on their high-level of customer service. Each employee is friendly and helpful, right down to helping you sort. They typically offer ice-cold water bottles free for those thirsty after recycling too. Nice! read more

It's my first time recycling at Sanchez Recycling. Google maps doesn't give the correct directions on how to get there so I called and asked. The person who answered was very professional, polite and helpful..(I didnt get his name) He guided me to their location. The place was extremely clean and organize. As soon as I parked my car their was a guy who greeted me and helped me with my recyclables. He explained how it works and was very friendly. I was in and out of there, it was great! They also provide a hand washing station which I've never seen in the other places I've been. Overall, my first time experience with Sanchez Recycling is excellent! I recycle my plastic bottles and aluminum cans. The place I used to take my recycling to went out of business, so I thought I would have to drive farther or even throw away what I had collected. I stumbled across Sanchez recycling, not knowing what they accepted I packed up all that I had collected and gave them a shot. Not only are they conveniently close to my house I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived I was met by a very friendly and helpful staff member. He helped me unload my vehicle and put the recycling into there bins in order to weigh it. I was then passed off to the next very friendly staff member who weighed each bin and made sure I was shown the numbers on the scale before he continued. I was then directed to the pay window and again greeted by another friendly staff member. The amount they pay out is more than I used to receive at the prior place that went out of business, another nice surprise. There was no waiting. I'm not sure if I went there at a good time or they're just that efficient, but it doesn't matter. I found a new recycling center that I will definitely be using from now on read more
