Luckily, the 2 guys there were SUPER patient in explaining to me the differences of materials, how we're sorting it, and what they offer for each. My only gripe is that if you have a large haul and need to park near the sorting area, good luck. The entrance sort of shares the same one with the next door gas station, so it can get clogged if a person is parked. Otherwise, if no one's around, you're good. There is parking in the back if needed

From the moment I drove in, the experience was completely different. I was greeted right away and asked how they could help. I told them I had cans, and the employee directed me where to go, brought me a large basket, and let me know someone would assist me. Another staff member quickly helped, weighed my cans, gave me a receipt, and thanked me for coming. The woman in the payment area was also friendly and efficient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. The facility is clean, the staff is helpful, and everything was easy to deal with. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

Brother comes here to recycle items and it's a no fuss, in and out experience that happens pretty…read morequickly. We drive there, he stops the car, takes out our bag of recyclables and we get the cash on the spot. They give you a receipt too. We only ever recycle bags of drinks cans and bottles here so I can't comment too much about recycling other goods but if we were going to give it to someone else or just toss it out, the tens of dollars we do get after months of collecting is worth it for the convenience of it all. So in my opinion, pretty worth it for the amount of goods recycled and little effort needed.

Excellent experience with Unicorn Recycling today! I called around all over town to find a…read morereasonable/fair place to recycle some copper pipe scrap that was left over from a home re-pipe. Everyone else in the area wanted to offer me only half or less of what the current market rate was for #2 Copper (Class A) tubing. I called Unicorn and a delightful women answered the phone and was able to directly quote a (very fair) price to me right over the phone (only pennies under the current market rate) ... that's outstanding customer care and service! When I arrived at the location, the staff member who I met at the recycling area was quick, kind and assisted me with removing the material from my vehicle; he was easy to understand and very friendly. I told him that I had received a quote and he asked me what it was and honored the quote I was given. This has got to be, hands down, the easiest and best experience that I've ever had with a scrap material recycler! I will totally use this company again for any/all of my recycling needs and can wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for knocking it out of the park! You guys rock!
