He didn't call me but texted and I didn't see the text until about 20 minutes later. I called and texted him but he did not respond until he texted me at 10am. Following that he didn't respond to any of my texts or my apology for the mix up. Funny thing the very next day I happen to be driving behind his truck. I pulled up next to him at the light, we rolled down windows and I smiled and mentioned it was me that had the Monday appointment. Before I could even get another apology out he said, "Yeah you gave me to the wrong address and I was there on time." Then he rolled up his window and sped off. Overall not a good experience. I expected more professionalism and courtesy. And he at least owed me a message that he'd prefer not to work with me--well I got the message. He's a pretty rude guy.

Two weeks later, it started blowing warm air. I called this company and it took them a week to come out and the technician said the Freon was low. It took them another 2 1/2 weeks to come out with the Freon and the technician told me no, the Freon is too high. Now it's not blowing cool at all and they're putting me on the back burner because the AC unit is in the garage, even though I just bought it, it's under warranty and the people I train haven't been able to work out for a month. My son called them to come out and replace a compressor on his AC unit. They came out, charged him $200 for the call and required a 10% deposit for the compressor. Technician said it would be in the next day. Four days later and counting.....silence Find someone else, please.
