Melissa went out of her way to help me from the beginning to the end!! I was still there when it closed and her husband even helped me with bringing ALL my laundry to my vehicle!! The location is ideal, the space is incredibly clean, the washers accept coin as well as card, and most importantly the staff is friendly and helpful. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely helpful and friendly. It made my time go by quickly on an otherwise very stressful day. My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.

It is 10 minutes from my hotel. And all I can say is, if I ever need to use a laundromat again, I wish I could come here. Clean, clean is an understatement. Friendly attendants. Shout out to Ms. Lori! The only time i saw her pause in cleaning was to help a customer. She swept, cleaned folding counters, wiped out the washer doors, and cleaned out lint traps. And all with a smile and looks to see if she was needed. I had extra on my card and leftover detergent and softener. I let Ms. Lori know and she immediately said, I'll give it to charity. I'm so thrilled when, in my travels, I discover businesses that have pride in their business, workers, and customers. South Main Laundromat is one of those places.

I loaded $35 on my card and purchased a fabric softener and XL pink laundry bag. With remaining $$ loaded to washers. As I attempted to start machines, I kept receiving an ERR. Message. S/w young attendant, who was made aware of same issues w/dryers by another customer. He advised he would need to reset machines. After this, my card no longer reflected remaining balance of $24. He advised bc he checked my card & it stated my last visit was on the 15th and no activity for current day, he couldn't refund. Advised I check back in with mgr at 6am. I did this and she advised he/they can't reset machines or check cameras. Told me to contact owner Mike, who is in England for a week. Staff lacks customer service skills, professionalism, as well as concern or empathy. She then went outside to walk her dog & smoke, although her shift just started. All I want is my $24.10 on my card. I refuse to give this place my business ever again.

I'm home now, and it was a very pleasant experience from Sun Laundromat. I will be coming here every single time my at-home washer and dryer are having issues.
