At Moses, you don't pay full price for "seconds" like in some of the other places and if you aren't happy with what you got, bring it back. Also- the folks there will talk to you, find out what your looking for and get your set up with what you want. Moses is THE PLACE to go for jeans (their predominant brand is Levi's- the best in the world.), slacks, shoes, boots, etc. I've been shopping here for years and the customer service has never faltered.

My kids were not pleased. Not at all. This is a massive Old Navy. It's filled with all the typical Old Navy things. I found myself hear the week before school began. Why did I wait that long to shop? Because I'm a dude. Was it a good idea? Hell naw. Despite the poor timing of our shopping trip, we were able to find lots of cute outfits. Those are my kids' words not mine. I wouldn't know a cute outfit if it punched me in the face. The staff here are very cordial even when the store is jam packed with people. I would recommend coming here to shop when it's not close to school beginning. Unless of course you like to procrastinate like me.

Hay was dropped off on a Sunday and asked to be cleaned and re-shaped. No paperwork given or processed quote and the "cleaning lady" wasn't there so was told the hat would be cleaned on Monday. My husband was called to come in because the "cleaner" they used made the hat worse and tried to say the cleaner sometimes makes the spots come out darker?!?!?! (But they would keep working on it) after a week they call to pick it up and said they could clean it and wouldn't charge us! After asking my they took the hat to be cleaned if they knew they couldn't clean it, they told us that we should have know they couldn't clean a felt Stetson hat and they "work 10hr days and cleaning hats isn't their only job!" (Even though they advertise a dedicated hat bar in their store with a cleaning service") when my husband told the lady it was an expensive hat and he wanted to speak to the owner, the lady told he "she knew how much his hat was". The owner called us today and proceeded to cuss my husband out on the phone and told him he wouldn't work with a "customer like us" and he was donating our hat to charity! We have already filed a BBB complaint...I regret not coming and looking at these reviews before even stepping foot into that store! He and his staff are the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever encountered in the customer service/retail industry. Buyer beware!! Response to the owner-the only people causing chaos were your staff! There was no finger pointing or yelling by us, in fact the only people yelling were your staff, we never even raised our voices. I had to stop your staff multiple times from belittling my husband in front of the customers that were walking into your store so the only "chaotic situation" that was created was by your store! I handed them to my husband and without even trying them on fully he noticed the button was broken... I brought the pants over to the owner so that they didn't go back into circulation broken again. I explained that my husband noticed the broken button and he jumped to the conclusion my husband broke the snap. I explained that my husband did not do the damage. He dismissed my version of events and walked back behind me as I returned to my husband to MANSPLAIN how the button worked because again he assumed my husband broke the button. I guess I should have just put them back on the shelf broken but I did what I thought was the right thing to bring it to their attention. we will never shop there again even though we like the store... I would rather drive to New Orleans or Mobile.

I…read morewalked in within five seconds I was asked If I needed assistance, right after asking first rep signaled to a second rep and I was in a fitting room after about three minutes of arriving. They didn't attempt to upsell me or force anything I didn't need (bought a full tux w/tails). I put everything on and I was in front of a mirror shortly after getting measured for hem and a couple other alterations. All together the price I paid for a tux was cheaper than renting. As I looked around the store the also have many different options, if you like the slim fit or modern cuts they have them for you. Ties and more ties as well go you will not leave disappointed.

After each one of the guesses listed above, they would leer at me and, like most people, try and pretend they don't know me. You see the name of this place is Guess so that's what I did. Try it with your kids. Point at the sign and say something ridiculous. They will be disgusted. So I guess that most people know this is a clothing store. They had lots of stuff for girls including gold shoes, gold purses, and gold shirts. My kids pretty much wanted one of everything, but I am a butt head and refused to let them complete their full gold outfit. Because this is a factory outlet, expect lots of "sale" prices. I have no idea if he prices are good or not because I shop at the all plaid store for men. This is not my area of expertise. The staff here were friendly and helpful. It was a little chaotic in the store due to the crowds, but we managed ok. So if you're like me and want to irritate your kids, this is a good place to do it. It is also a good place if you are fashionable.
