It has been 6 months since I last contacted the owner about the leak and he refuses to fix the leak. The owner gave me many excuses. These are the excuses the owner said to me. "I don't know where it's leaking" "I can't see the leak in the pictures you sent" I am not going to drive from Clinton to Blue Grass just to look at the problem because then I have to drive all the way back to the shop and get all the materials and drive back to your house" "Next time I am in your town, I will stop by and see the shed" "why is it leaking" "did I build your shed." I am here to warn the public. I have since hired a reputable roofing company to fix the leak. I got "shocking" news from the roofing company. They said the roof is awful for these reasons. "The pitch is not angled correctly and there is no drip shield, the shingles are nailed on and when those nails rust more leaks will start, both skylights were installed incorrectly and the brand of shingles are inferior and cheap and are starting to lift off. I hired the roofing company to completely tear off the roof and start over...at my expense. So please do not use Clinton Custom Sheds for your next shed project, you will be disappointed and sad. "Buyer Beware."

We have had to initiate every phone call ourselves just to get updates on our project. When we signed on, we were told our project would be one of the first completed this summer, yet we have received virtually no proactive communication regarding scheduling or progress. After the heavy rains last week, we assumed our project would begin today, but no one showed up and no one contacted us. Once again, we are left having to reach out ourselves to find out what is happening. To make matters more frustrating, we were recently informed that our original project manager no longer works for the company. Now we are being told that the new project manager would like to schedule yet another walk-through, despite previous meetings and discussions. At this point, we are beyond frustrated and disappointed. The lack of communication, follow-through, and project management has made what should have been an exciting landscaping project a very negative experience.
