Convenient: Allowed me to pay for the towing bill at the tire shop as part of their invoice instead of paying separately for a tire and towing. Less than Thoughtful: rather than positioning the tow truck directly behind the car in the driveway when there was plenty of room to do so, the rep drove the car with a completely flat tire (basically drove on the rim) back and forth maneuvering it behind the truck. Uncommunicative: The quote was not discussed with me in advance, I was not given the option of putting the car on the flat bed so it ended up being pulled by the front 2 wheels, and before the driver moved my car behind his truck, he neglected to ask if it was alright to do so.

When the guy arrived he looked at my car and said,oh it's going to rub putting it on the trailer and taking it off. I told him then you're not the guy I asked for I asked for someone experienced in low profile vehicles and if you tell me it's going to scrape then evidently you're inexperienced on hauling it. So that's ok,I will call the company and request for someone whose experienced. He started hollering at me saying anyone can see it's too low.I said it was never a problem the times I've had it towed before so you need to leave.He started hollering again saying if I don't what are you going to do? I told him you are being recorded by my home cameras. To sum it all up he was very rude and obnoxious when I declined his service. Well my car was towed with another company and there was no problem being put on a flatbed,and towed. I called the company (Hatch) back and filed a complaint but judging by the lack of concern she showed on the phone I doubt if there was anything done about his behavior. Don't know anything about the company but I'm pretty sure it's a good company and I know everyone's not experienced in hauling low profile vehicles but this young man not get so upset if he can't do the job,and the company should've sent a more experienced driver.

He was unable to jump my battery so I needed a tow. Because I am in Mineola, I called the closest towing company, which was Wyatt's Towing Service. Steve answered the phone, took my information and, in less than 20 minutes, a truck was there. The driver was courteous and efficient. He confirmed that the car could not be jumped and needed a tow. He confirmed the location where it would go, gave me the option of paying him or paying when I met him at the dealership. My vehicle was carefully loaded onto his truck and delivered safely and promptly to the repair shop. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Given the frustration of my situation, I could not have had a better experience.
