I would not recommend Good Sam! Finally gave up on getting a tow thru Good Sam and called Due's. Casey towed our pickup and 5th wheel to the local Ford dealer. He helped us block our camper so it was level and towed the pickup to a spot where the mechanics could get to it. All this was at 11 pm! Thanks Casey and Due's!

WORST PLACE EVER!! My son's car broke down on his way home from SFA, and we called this company…read morewhom also turned out to be an auto repair shop as well. Bill Ross is the person that I was dealing directly with towed my son's car and got him back to the school until I made it from Dallas to pick him up. Since this was on a Friday, he told me that first thing Monday he would look at the car and let me know what the diagnosis was and how much it would cost to fix it. Well as promised he called, he told me the radiator had busted, it needed a thermostat and it could use a oil change. He said no damage was done to the motor since my son had pulled over and not continued to drive. All was good until that Wednesday I received a call from the mechanic tell me it was a head and the last time he did a job like that it was around $2000.00 and that I may as well get a new motor. At this point, I am furious because had I been told this information or even of the possibility of it being the motor I would have told them not to touch the car at all. Well I told the mechanic to have the owner to give me a call because I would not be paying $893.39 because they misdiagnosed the vehicle. The owner never called me so I call him that evening, he said let him call me Friday since the next day was Thanksgiving, and he would look over the ticket and let me know. Well he called me Friday and tells me to pay him $600.00!! I said $600.00 for what, you told me one thing and now you come back and say something completely different and you expect me to pay that kind of money for a car that is not going to work or be repaired as the car was not worth the repairs at that point. He did not initially want to take the new radiator off or anything. He began to lie and say that he told me that it would be that cost if he found nothing else, which he never did, he told me there was NO DAMAGE DONE TO THE MOTOR!! He finally agreed to take off the radiator and send it back and charge me $400.00. I told him he was the professional and should have did his job thoroughly in diagnosing the car so that I can make the call whether or not I wanted to pay that amount and not come back with something else. I feel what would have been fair in this situation would have been to charge for the towing and diagnostic and he take a loss on the rest because he misdiagnosed the car so now I am out of unnecessary money. I don't know much about Nacogdoches or mechanics there, my son only goes to school so we were at the mercy of this guy and he screwed us over. This guy said they had been in business for over 60 years and I thought from our conversation that he would be a good mechanic and a fair person. I was completely wrong. Very unprofessional and did not do his job. I would never refer anyone to this company at all.

After following two recommendations from friends, I brought my Foretravel to OTM to have the…read morebulkhead repaired. With what I was able to save, I also had them put in new airbags, braking system for my car, fix my entertainment system and upgrade my climate control thermostat. They able to schedule me quickly and saved me a bunch. I was able to talk directly with the mechanics, who were knowledgeable about Foretravels (previous employees) and generous with advise and information. When they found an electrical problem to be only a fuse, they didn't charge me. Highly recommend OTM and will go there again.

I requested that franky charge my ac as it was blowing cool to warm not cold. That he find a oil…read moreleak that was leaking onto my serpentine belt and my passenger seat was laying flat and the awitch wouldnt work to go up only down. He told me to drop it off abd he would take a look. Before i dropped it off i had to go work in shreveport i noticed on returning that the oil was low and added some when i did i lost the oil cap so then had to go help a friend jump her car off which is where i noticed i had forgot to put on the cap so i dropped the car off with the keys in the seat and sent him a message wxplaining what happened and that id bring a new cap by asap in the morning and i did 2 days later he calls me and tells me hes gonna have to charge me for the diagnostics(which the dealerships dont even do anymore) seeing as i already researched that the car holds 2 can total of freon and it was cool just not cold so waz prob just a half of can or a whole can low and i already knew it was 5he switch on the seat so the only diagnostic that was needed was where isbthe oil leak? So i tell him ok just call me before doing any repairs with the quote. 2 hrs later he callz says he put 3 cans 9f freon in and it was holding it good(amazing since the car only holds 2 and had some in it already) that he sat my seat up to upright positiin and disconected the switch and then that the oil leak was a crank shaft seal leaking and that my belt was swollen and would need to be replaced soon so he said $200 f9r the switch $250 f9r the seal And for charging the ac and diagnostics i owed him 280 bucks right then so i paid him his 280 even though all he really did was add 5 qts of oil look to see where oil was coming out and use a drill to raise the seat up to sitting position. I say thiz because whenbi go to pick up my car im back8ng out to leave ac 8s blowing Hot not cool not cold, HOT and the battery light comes on as well as powersteering light im like wtf when i dropped this car off it had no lights on on the dash now it has 2 and the ac iis worse than when i brought it in he couldnt possibly of put it freon at all in it a little ways down the road it dies compmetely i look no serpentine belt i call a ride and curious we ride all the way back to the shop and we see no shredded belt anywhere so he let me leave his shop without putting my serpentine belt back on. I go spend 70 on a new belt then after the belts replaced my ac goes back to doing the exact thing i dropped it off for and is blowing cool not cold. The only explanatiin 8s he did nothing to it. He charged me 280 bucks and all he did was add oil, tell me where it was leaking from. I then had to go buy a set of guages and a can of freon it took half. Worked amazinhgly after that. So fair price hell no. Good custimer service hell no. And quality? No for 300 he could of at least replaced the belt, but no he let me pull out without one entirely. And at the end of the day he lied to me outright about the freon. Thought bc i am a woman i wouldnt know anything. He was sadly mistaken. And i will never let him touch my vehicle again. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
