I called AAA for my truck towing. They sent Jinkins Towing to pick up my truck to take to the…read morerepair shop. The Jinkins man arrived on time and had friendly service. My truck was in my back yard and a bit difficult to to get the right angle to load my truck safely. The towing man did my truck lift very well. I was happy with the Jinkins service. Note: I used Jinkins Towing (through AAA) a few years ago and I had good service then also.

They over charge and do not keep your car safe even when they tow them. Every other car with a student parking pass in their lots has been broken into or vandalized. She was the epitome of unprofessional and I told her that she was being unprofessional BEFORE the cussing even started and she was convinced she was being professional. Her exact words were "I don't get paid to sit here" and even the boss stated that "she doesn't work here, she just helps her husband." So, if you ever have to deal with this terrible company don't give the woman at the desk any time out of your truly precious day. Only speak to the man who wears the R&M Towing shirt. The man whose name I unfortunately didn't get is the ONLY reason 1 star is remotely justified. If you don't work there, you simply should keep your mouth shut and mind your own business if you don't want people to speak on your nonexistent level of professionalism or file a complaint against you.
