There aren't a ton, so if you have a larger group, just be aware. And if you don't get a spot because you showed up after everyone else, don't let it ruin your day. There's plenty of grass you can lay your towel down on and claim a piece of land for the day. 2) Bring some snacks and water, there is also a treat shack you can check out if you forget. A cooler will be your best bet though, we ate our Twix candy right when we sat down and it was already melted.. St. George heat is toats cray. 3) It's very affordable, $3 if you're over the age of 13 and an extra $2.50 is you want to ride the slide unlimited amounts. It's pretty fun and only took me 22 seconds to go down, so try to beat that #Aerodynamic. The lifeguards are just young kids, so don't expect your service to be out of this world. They just take your money and blow the whistle if you try to jump off the diving board with goggles on. So again, it's up to you to have a good time and enjoy your day! TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring a basketball or other pool games. There are usually two balls floating around but someone always has them. * The locker rooms are quite clean, feel free to bring a change of clothes if you have somewhere you need to be.

If i could give negative stars i would. this gym converted a ton of the free weights areas to red…read morelight therapy and pilates rooms that require additional payment to have access to. they charged me for a towel service i never used or consented to. the process of exiting my membership took over a month snd they still required me to pay for that month even though i moved out of state and had given them a 30 day notice before i even moved. this gym is a money grab. they dont care about their members and even the employees i talked to said the managers dont give a crap about members which is why they've made the changes they have and make the cancellation process such a headache. even after i cancelled and asked they remove my card from their files they charged me again (my first request to cancel was 7/17 and i was just charged 9/17) and when i reached out for a refund they said i hadn't exited properly. they said they would just count that payment as my cancellation payment (that i already paid). genuinely the worst gym ive ever been to.

When we arrived, we were told we only had about ONE HOUR before they closed but we were still expected to pay full price. At that point, everyone had already made the drive and we were all there together, so we decided to stay. What bothered me most wasn't even the incorrect hours; mistakes happen. It was the way the situation was handled. The customer service was terrible, and there was very little acknowledgment or effort to accommodate us even though we had relied on their posted business hours. For the price of admission, I don't think it's reasonable to charge customers the full amount for only an hour when the business's own listing led them to believe they had much more time. The disappointing part is that we had actually planned on coming back and bringing an even larger group because we liked the concept and are staying in the area. I reached out to management and asked if they would consider allowing the 7 of us to return for a full visit so we could actually experience what we paid for. I'm hoping they make this right because this could have easily been handled with good customer service and turned into a positive experience. I'll gladly update my review if management resolves the situation.

I just called a few random providers and only 3 responded to me, almost completely picking at random, I ended up choosing RPC. Best decision ever. From the first week service started, I was blown away. The service itself was done perfectly, but on top of that, the report he emails us every week to show what has been done is more thorough than I have ever received from any service company or trade. The step-by-step walk through of what they did accompanied by photos of every action they took blows me away. They take more photos of the hot tub during each visit than my cleaning company takes of a full 6-bedroom house after their cleaning. The confidence and reassurance this gives me that my client's hot tub and equipment are in good hands is invaluable to my business. I work with plenty of other service providers and have never received this kind of feedback after each service and as such I have never felt so sure about the service being done. I never take the time to write reviews, Seth and RPC never asked me to, but I've been so impressed, I had to come find out where I could leave a review and do it. In a world where most people only leave a review when their mad, the fact that he has perfect 5-star ratings here says something. If you're looking for a pool or hot tub tech, don't be like me and pick at random, read this and know you don't need to consider any other options. It's enormous, well-maintained, and a real treasure for Cedar City. The Karens kvetching about the rules clearly haven't lived in a place that doesn't have the tax base to support this sort of facility. And frankly, I don't mind the rule keeping the little kids out of the hot tub--it's a nice little slice of calm for the grown-ups.
