She was forced to do skills she wasn't comfortable with, ignored despite another teacher trying to intervene, and left screaming and visibly distressed. This all happened because Pods enrolled her incorrectly. I did not ask for a refund--only that the remaining classes be saved as a credit. Instead, the director ignored my actual request, copied and pasted the no-refund policy, and advised me that they reserve the right to change teachers at any time--which was not what I was disputing. The issue was their administrative error and how it was handled. She ultimately stopped responding altogether. They kept our $90 and showed zero accountability or concern for a young child's well-being. I absolutely do not recommend Pods Swimming.

I would love a refund or at least an acknowledgement, but nothing. Even Safe Splash offered refunds and were apologetic when their pool broke over March. They notified us right away and kept us in the loop then refunded our money (without us asking). Not sure why pods continuines to enroll new students, but I have to say, I'd recommend staying away.

Gina is a great water aerobics instructor and loves the pool and the people who take her classes. So, not a glitzy gym but a great gym for those who want to get into better shape physically and increase their cardio fitness.

Can't speak for the women's bathroom but the men's hasn't been cleaned ever. Smells like urine everywhere, could go on about this. Gym floor is full of dust and build up, literally hand fulls at every bench and machine. Dropped a 80lb dumb bell carefully after my set and a cloud of dust came up at me. Don't think they've ever vacuumed anywhere in there. Otherwise not bad.

Upon leaving, I asked to speak to whomever is in charge to put in a formal complaint. They took my name and number, but I never got a call. Probably got thrown out. Despite all this, I go because I love the swim lessons for son. I think everyone else I've dealt with has been nice, but the establishment has definitely been neglected, especially the website! Why can't you post hours of operation, class schedules, and announcements on the website or Facebook? Hire an intern, anything? Yeesh.

It has an initial look of cleanliness and glamour, but get to know it and it's a bit filthy. There is a definitely smell to this gym that is stronger than other ones I've been too, especially in the women's locker room. It seems like they do a bad job keeping the cleanliness up with sheer volume of people that come here. The showers are not cleaned enough. Still, I love the pool and hot tub. I've never had a problem finding a machine, even during peak hours after work or weekend mornings.
