When we hire someone that promises to complete a project in a timely manner and with quality that is what we expect. You promised you would provide timely updates when we spoke during the first week. Well weeks later, and as soon as our checks were cashed we stopped being able to reach you by phone. Your tools are still in the front yard, which, per our last phone message to you, we inform you they will be donated to Habit for Humanity if not collected today. (It is a curious thing how a landscaper could do without all these tools if they were busy working....) In any situation a person must communicate or the other party will naturally make assumptions. Our neighbors, incidentally were the ones to suggest that they have heard less than positive things about your business, which is what led us to do a little research. We are dissatisfied and disappointed that we can not work with you nor give you a favorable recommendation. Be well.

Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! We felt the selection of available trees at Fairfield was good and their goods prices were on par with others, but their delivery and install was steep. I wanted a step pattern retention wall, remove the old plants in the larger planter and replant with new plants. I replanted the smaller bed myself already. I wanted the mulch removed and replaced with stone. He came right out, gave me a bid which I accepted. I needed HOA approval which would be obtained in 2 wks but Alex did not want to put me on the schedule till the approval. Once that was approved, he said it would be 2 wks and he would be starting my project. That was 5 wks ago. I spoke with him once since and he said that he would call a few days before starting. That was, again, a few weeks ago. I texted him a week ago and called again today asking for a call back but got no response on either. I got other bids but I had already notified them that I was going with someone else so Mr. Menedez has left me in a bind and I am at a loss as to why he said that he was booked 2 wks out when CLEARLY that was NOT the case.
