My car just over heated and when I opened the hood there was antifreeze all over the engine. It looks worse than when I originally took it in. Now I'm stuck in a hard place because I almost paid them $2,000 and they did not fix my car. I can sum it up to the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. I can understand if they run into problems that they don't expect and it takes a little longer, but every time I called (everyday) they were short with me and would not tell me why it was taking longer then expected. They went $500 over the quoted price without talking to me for things they did not talk to me about. I was told it would be done by a Wednesday and everyday they said the next day until the following Tuesday so that makes them untrustworthy (without a reason why). I gave a family member my card to pay for it Friday so I can get it after work after they closed and they called her to tell her that they are going to keep it because they are not done at the time they closed. I had to take off work to go up there and talk to them and pay for it again for stuff I we did not agree on, and when I tried to question it the lady at the front just kept giving me the screw off smile and repeated "I can't not release the car to you unless you pay." In summary, because there was more, you will be over charged for they agreed price, not get the vehicle back at an appropriate time, and they will be disrespectful (and blame you for not completely there job). UPDATE: I just talked to them to see if they can help me because it is not drivable. They said it will be 2 weeks until they can look at it, they won't tow the car for me, and they will not give me the owners information because he is the only one that can make those calls (he's on vacation). This place is a nightmare.

Here's the deal, I was driving down the road in Killeen and my suburban died right in front of Al's…read moreshop. I coasted into the parking lot next-door checked a few items and determine that I had absolutely no idea what was wrong with my truck. Thinking the worst that the fuel pump was bad in my truck. I walked over to the garage and explain my situation and they were happily willing to help and went immediately over to my truck. The next thing I see is my truck being pushed by several employees and pushed onto a lift. Four mechanics immediately want to work to try and figure out what was wrong with my truck. Unlike most shops, they actually took my input and were very receiving of the information that I gave them It took approximately 20 minutes to figure out that the computer had gone bad on my truck! Thinking the worst and thinking thousands of dollars I went inside and they called multiple parts shops and dealers to see if they can get the part. It wasn't available until the day. I was brand-new to the area and they were happy to give me a ride to the rental car company down the street. I called the next day and they stated that my truck would be done by the end of the day and that it would need to go to the dealer to have the computer flashed. When all said and done I was expecting a bill much greater than $1000 and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was just slightly over $600. They had to tow the vehicle, had for mechanics working on it for over two hours and get the parts and a dealership have to flash the computer and then bring it back. They were extremely fair very courteous and upmost they were honest. They could've taken me for a lot of money but there is still some integrity left in the world. They come highly recommended from the Austin corvette community. They were booked out for a month, but luckily they were able to squeeze me in for a quick 1.5 hour install within a week! All the other big shops were quoting me for several hours of work, so this small family owned shop easily beat the other estimates. Super friendly service, gave me a good time estimate to come back and had my car back within a couple hours. They were very friendly and helpful and actually listened to what I wanted to have done and gave me a good price and a 2-3 day timeframe . I came back to drop my truck off the next day and they confirmed with a different guy exactly what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. Before starting on it, they called me and said they didn't have a super 10 in stock and would be an additional 2-3 days to get in but had a performance muffler in stock so I decided to go with that instead and a chrome tip since they had to build a custom pipe from the y-pipe back. I picked it up on Wednesday (started work Tuesday I believe) and I am very pleased with how it sounds and looks and really turns this truck into what a v8 should sound like.
