There were a ton of leaves and pine cones all over the course that would constantly affect the roll of the ball. We asked about the condition of the course, and they said that they blew it off and cleaned it at 4 o clock. We golfed at 6 PM... there's no way that the course got that messy with leaves and pine cones over the span of 2 hours. The workers were clearly lying to us. The big thing they use to market is you win $50 for a hole in 1 on hole 18, but on both courses, it's a very long blind shot, unlike the others holes on the course, and you are very unlikely to hit it. It's fun for the family, but if you're looking for the best mini golf experience for the price, I'd recommend somewhere else like Coconut Creek.

Husband and I decided to check it out on Saturday night. This is nothing fancy... its an 1/8 mile…read moretrack. It was not crowded at all. We sat in the bleacher and enjoyed the races. We watched time trials and then the races. They even have a JR division where kids 6-12 were racing. We walked the pits and stopped to talk to several racers and families. Everyone was extremely friendly and social. There is a concession.. hotdog/polish dogs $3.00, water $2.00, and other items available. There are two bathroom areas... nothing fancy, but better than a port a potty. It was $20 general admission and 12 and under free. Saturday was very family-friendly. We will return with our two boys.

I'm so glad that R.W.R. came up with the idea to share the racing experience with the fans. Even for someone with little to no experience with stick-shifts (like me), they made it easy to have a great experience. They had a short class to help those who would be driving understand safe operation of the vehicle. Safety is a high concern with them, and even though there were 3 incidents in the morning (people not following the safety rules) that caused delays all day long, the wait was worth it when I got the chance to drive the car. Thanks R.W.R. team for providing the opportunity, and thanks to my team for getting me there! It was great.

Baytowne Wharf is like if Mardi Gras and a beach vacation had a baby... and that baby was raised on…read moredaiquiris and live music. There's food, there's shops, there's a guy juggling fire (maybe--it felt like there could be). I came for a peaceful walk and left with a pineapple drink, a henna tattoo, and a new best friend named Carl who sells seashell wind chimes. Parking? Good luck. You'll walk 47 miles, but at least you'll burn off that fried shrimp platter. Bring comfy shoes and your wildest beach hat. Also maybe a life coach, just in case you have an existential crisis trying to pick between the fudge shop and the taco stand.

We visited the Gulfarium in Fort Walton Beach and absolutely loved it! There was so much to see,…read moreincluding sea turtles, stingrays, penguins, alligators, sea lions, dolphins, and many other amazing animals. One of the things my hubby and I loved the most is that the Gulfarium also serves as a rehabilitation center for marine life. Many animals are treated and released back into the ocean whenever possible, while others that could not survive in the wild are given a safe and caring home. We saw a sea turtle with two missing flippers, which was both heartbreaking and made us happy at the same time since it wouldn't stand a chance to live in the wild. We watched both the sea lion and dolphin shows, and they were great. It was so nice to see that the trainers genuinely care about the animals. The animals were rewarded with plenty of treats, attention, and affection throughout the presentations. My favorite part of the entire visit was seeing the manatees. I had only ever seen them in pictures before, and I completely fell in love. They are such gentle, peaceful, and beautiful creatures. I could have watched them all day!

Here's an updated version with your added feedback included:…read more We visited Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park in Fort Walton Beach and really enjoyed the self-guided walk through the park. We saw stingrays, dolphins, penguins, manatees, turtles, crocodiles, pelicans, snakes, lizards, frogs, and many other animals. Even though we missed the scheduled shows, there was still plenty to see and enjoy at our own pace. One of the best parts was learning that they care for many rescue animals and help rehabilitate and release them back into the ocean when possible. It was great seeing a place focused on marine animal rescue and conservation. The park was family friendly and easy to walk through, with lots of close-up animal encounters. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is that some of the animal habitats and viewing areas were not very well maintained. A few tanks had noticeable algae buildup, which made it difficult to clearly see some of the animals. Overall though, we still had a good experience and would recommend visiting if you are in the Fort Walton Beach area.
