I have also had an abdominal ultrasound done. All of the techs are very nice. They do their jobs well and are very caring. I appreciate the fact that most of the CT staff are trained to access power ports for the IV contrast. I only wish the MRI staff were, as well. Last time, it took 3 people, and 5 tries, to get my IV going.

There's plenty of parking as the lot is quite large and it is located at the main entrance for easy access. When you step into the lobby you will see the large reception area. Someone on the staff will cheerily offer assistance to guide you as to who can help you quickly. There wasn't a wait for service and once you check in at front desk you will be guided to seating area. I didn't have to wait but approx 5mins before someone on the medical staff came out to escort me inside the clinical area. So nice not to have to wait for ages to be seen. My appt was 4pm which seemed like a good time to pick if you want a stress free 1st experience. As I was waiting a few people came in wondering where audiology was. Just so you know...it's upstairs.

She has problems communicating, due to a recent stroke. Melissa, who performed the ct scan, was so patient and understanding. She showed that she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure my cousin received the best care. My cousin is returning again tomorrow and Melissa, as well as Missy, both made sure my cousin is prepared and getting the best planned scan possible. I can't praise these ladies enough. When I had back surgery at Southeastern Spine Institute, my MRI i received from this facility was so well performed that my surgeon didnt require a repeat MRI. I saw that Florence MRI & Imaging was in network so I went there. $371. The tech that did the CT Scan was fantastic. I barely felt her put the IV in my arm for the contrast dye. The best part is they gave me a CD to take to any of my doctor visits and the results were back to my doctor from Florence MRI that day. Now, I have an appointment with a specialist on Friday and I can hand him the CD so he can see the CT Scan.
