She has problems communicating, due to a recent stroke. Melissa, who performed the ct scan, was so patient and understanding. She showed that she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure my cousin received the best care. My cousin is returning again tomorrow and Melissa, as well as Missy, both made sure my cousin is prepared and getting the best planned scan possible. I can't praise these ladies enough. When I had back surgery at Southeastern Spine Institute, my MRI i received from this facility was so well performed that my surgeon didnt require a repeat MRI. I saw that Florence MRI & Imaging was in network so I went there. $371. The tech that did the CT Scan was fantastic. I barely felt her put the IV in my arm for the contrast dye. The best part is they gave me a CD to take to any of my doctor visits and the results were back to my doctor from Florence MRI that day. Now, I have an appointment with a specialist on Friday and I can hand him the CD so he can see the CT Scan.

I was preparing for a surgical implant. The facility was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. One even helped me remove my necklace with a teeny tiny clasp. I was taken to the room and the technician was very nice and informed. I asked if I could use this same place for future MRI's and he told me that I could not, if I had the implant, I would have to go to to Grand Strand. They have a machine that they can adjust for people having an implant like me, or for people with pacemakers. I was happy to get this information for my future. Although I have had the implant installed, I felt sorry this was my one and only chance to take advantage of this convenient facility. I highly recommend them.

Especially for young people that they don't teach us how this works in school or anything and no knowledge of your processes we just need to be kindly walked through things, not to be talked down to.

My appointment was moved by this office unexpectedly because they said "they did not insurance coverage confirmation from Blue Cross and Blue Shield yet", again cancelled by me, and rescheduled without any confirmation from me (verbal or electronic) Bottom Line: This experience has left me no healthier and now with a $$ fee of nearly 1 hundred dollars (not including future small claims court lawyer fees I plan to incur for this case) Avoid this headache!
