When we all arrived (the four of us), a gentleman named Edward and a lady named Bea were there to greet us. They made us feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable of times. They explained everything to us, answered our questions, and were just so thorough. They didn't try to oversell us on things. They just listened to what we wanted and then gave their thoughts on what would be appropriate. We wanted someone who was going to be respectful to our dad's body after he was gone and this was the place! My dad died two weeks later and it was such a relief to have preplanned with Sullivan's Highland. It is a family business and everyone was extremely caring and knowledgeable. They were so professional yet extremely courteous. You never want to think of the death of a loved one, but this is the place to go if you are in the Fayetteville, NC area. My sisters and I were all impressed and thankful at how everything was handled. It was very hard to say goodbye, but Edward and Bea took great care of my dad while he was in their care!

Most recently they ran over a child's gravesite & broke open the top of the concrete. This has occurred on more than one occasion. Previously the tractor operator sunk in several graves, to include a Korean War Veteran's grave. When I spoke to him about it, he said "nobody cares about this Cemetery', he has been digging graves there for 30 years." Driving over or desecrating a grave in this State is a Class 1 Felony.
