Two men came to remove my brother from his second story condo on May 8th, 2026…read more My son asked if he could have just a moment with his uncle because my niece, who lives in Germany, was on the phone and wanted a moment to say her goodbyes to her father. One man rolled his eyes. The other man said, "no, we don't have time for that". Then, I watched as they flopped my brother into a white body bag, letting his head fall so hard to the wood floor that it made a loud thud sound. I started crying and yelling at them while my son and a police officer tried to calm me down. Then, as these two men were taking him down the stairs, they didn't have my brother on a gurney, they weren't carrying him, they were dragging him down the stairs so with each new stair, his body bounced and hit the new stair with a thud!! I lost it then and started after these two buffoons! My son and an officer had to hold me back! Two other officers saw what was happening and ran over to pick my brother's body up and help carry him down the stairs! Finding my brother dead an hour earlier was a horrible and traumatic event! Watching these two incompetent idiots mishandle my brother's corpse has been forever etched in my mind and I replay it over and over and over again several times every single day! ​

They offered plenty of add ons and services trying to justify raising the cost as much as possible. They asked personal questions about the deceased flooding me with more emotions unnecessarily. They wanted over $3400 for this!!! Metropolitan creamations and affordable creamtions are both in fayetteville and are priced under $1000. Please do not let there vultures take advantage of you in your time of need.

upon contact the the first question was can we embalm the body, we weren't sure, glad we denied it…read moreas my father in law was cremated, you don't need to spend money on that if the body will be cremated. when we arrived the funeral director was more about himself then us. when we came in to identify the body, they showed us the wrong body we elected to have the service at their funeral home, despite giving them the information on my father in law, they had the wrong military rank on the power point slide, it was correct on the ern, but embarrassing when folks came and told us the rank was wrong on the screen in the chapel. we were asked if we wanted visitation before or after the service they did in their chapel, we elected to have it after. they put us, the family in a private room but left all the doors open so everyone attending saw us when they came in and came to greet us. so the visitation was not after, against our wishes. when confronted the director said "that's how we do it". we chose two songs to be played in a specific order, they screwed that up which was a big deal as we wanted the patriotic song last to pay tribute to my father in law a dedicated soldier. when I confronted our director he said, "when we are busy we make mistakes " they claimed to have notified the social security office, but we had to personally do it ourselves. took 3 hours and the office said they never received anything. the funeral home said it was a social security office error. nothing went well. highly recommend you go with another offi they are 100 percent of these errors and the only thing they have said is they will learn from their mistakes. you only can bury your loved one, once. do it at a funeral home that gets it right.

They refused to disclose 17 years of interest be had built up on our Pre Need policy. This is all documented thoroughly. Many others in the same business has been told of this and can't believe what they did to us and my deceased wife and even pushed a final bill and statement in my face before my wife was even cremated. They pocketed hundreds of our money and didn't even go by the locked in price on our Pre Needs from 2004. Another Funeral Home told me about the interest my wife had on her policy for 17 years and also told me how much remains on my policy from 2004 which I have already transfer to another Funeral Home. But as I stated this is a place with many family personal problems throughout the years. I will be posting the complete 2004, Pre Need online so everyone can read for themselves. If this is the exposure they want they sure will get it. You don't steal deceased people's money like they have done.
