After getting multiple estimates, and being disappointed at the delivery and install dates we contacted Sandia Sunrooms and Windows. Wow!! What a difference, and they even showed up on time to measure the estimate. Kevin was great. He kept me updated on delivery and install dates, and it went off without a hitch. Adrian came with his helper today and they were in and out in less than two hours, and the work was spot on perfect. Great job and overall experience! We hired Full Measure to remodel our kitchen for us. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Landon worked with us on our budget and went over several options of how we could make everything work. He also was available for whatever questions we had throughout the entire process. Jack, the owner, personally came to double check all of the measurements that were taken. We had Matt and Brad do the work on our kitchen for us. They were quiet, friendly, and did impeccable work. We had the same experience as others mentioned. The sales person talked our ear off, seemed like he could do what we wanted, had us come down to the show room, gave us the whole same spiel verbatim, still we were ready to write a check, but he would give us an estimate and we finally called someone else who would. This is a weird company. I talked to one representative who claimed was from California and talked cheerfully , told me they could do everything , no problem on estimate, And We could even enjoy a cocktail together. Sounded Great! ! So I started waiting for the estimate, never got it! Then I called, ［Ya,Ya, you will get it soon］。 After another week, ［Sorry, I will do it，no problem ］. Another week later, the phone was not Answered. No body responded my message. My last message was ［if you are Not interested in this business, please let me know］。No answer! I don't need a cocktail, I only need a standard and basic courtesy and response. Another company got my business. read more

Safety First! Highly recommended. My neighbors had a project done by Sandia Sunrooms. It was something we were interested in, and it came out perfectly. In fact, had my neighbors told us it was done 6 months ago, I would have believed them. It was 10 years ago! Wow. We called them for our first estimate. The Estimate. Anytime you invite a salesman into your home, have two adults present (Read Shanna's not recommended YELP review). The salesman took measurements and explained how the project could proceed. However, his presentation was punctuated with ravings about his personal greatness and vast experience in contracting. Okay. We went inside to look at materials and discuss more questions. That is when things got very strange. We had told the salesman upfront that Sandia was the first of at least three bids, and that no decision would be made until all bids were in. He started raving about their product, and ranting about different competitors. At one point he jumped up from his chair stepped back, lowered his mask, and waved his arms on another rant. Okay. Enough. You get the idea. If I had been alone for this presentation -- or worse my wife -- I would have gotten my bear spray out to protect myself. Conclusions. Sandia Sunrooms is still in the running because the salesman will not be doing the work, and if the work Sandia did for my neighbor is any indication, they are excellent contractors. Just be safe. Have two adults present any time you invite a contractor/salesperson into your home. read more

We have now been waiting ONE YEAR for them to return our calls. The product is decent. The installation is marginal. The customer service is one of the worst we have ever experienced. We have ANOTHER issue with the installation of one of their windows. We have made multiple calls. The person answering promises someone will get back to us. ONE YEAR later and we are still waiting. In case they want to use COVID as an excuse, remember they had 6-7 months before COVID to contact us. read more

I recommend for anyone. Please never use this company. They took 6 months to do our kitchen and still struggled to complete the job until we got rid of them. They are a very bad business with very bad owners and management. They also made us buy 50% of the items in the remodel. We did not know that and just wanted to get it done so we rushed into it. I would not recommend Sandia Sunrooms and Windows. Representative came to our home, however never gave a quote. Asked that my wife and I go to the showroom (used car dealership practice). After several calls later and two returns calls, we never did receive a quote. I would not recommend this organization. read more

Horrible customer service. They were supposed to start my bathroom remodel today 8-19-19. The installer was in an accident. No call back to reschedule or to update us when they would be putting in our shower. Sounds like they over book there installers. What do they care? You're screwed after you sign the contract. I am appalled by businesses professionalism and customer service. I had scheduled an appointment with Sandia Sunrooms and Windows from a door-to-door salesperson. Julian was very polite and professional. However, a woman called me to tell me she was double booked and couldn't make my appointment. I was in the middle of something and she wanted to reschedule for 1pm. I told her I wasn't available at that time. I was going to call back for another appointment at a more convenient time. As I was hanging up with her she states, Then, you are Not Serious then". Then she hung up. Is this professional??!! I called back to speak with a manager. the phone rang then hung up on me. I called again, a gentleman answered. He stated he was the manager which I highly doubt. He never gave his name. I told him what happened. he was quiet. I said, hello. he said, I'm here. Still no apology just silence. Then, I said, what kind of manager are you, not even apologizing for your employee's unprofessional behavior and attitude. He then apologized after I said it. then he goes on to say I apologized. I said, you only apologized because I asked for one. Then it went back to silence. What kind of company has no customer service values nor professional people working for them in the office. I would NEVER do business with this company. read more

We had a great experience with Sandia Sunrooms. We got a sunroom and windows put in. Everyone was courteous and professional, starting with our salesmen Matt, and all the installers. Quality of the work and products was A+, so glad we chose this company. read more

At 16 weeks we still do not have a completed sunroom!! Customer service is nonexistent as they NEVER return phone calls and do not proactively call to update you on the next steps of your project, hence, it seems no one is "managing" the project that you are paying them to do. If you do manage to talk to someone each person states that that area of concern is not their job and you need to talk to someone else. A subcontractor finally told us who the supposed project manager is since no one at Sandia was willing to tell us. We are extremely frustrated with the dishonesty, their unwillingness to communicate in any way with us and the complete absence of project management. We have had to wait at each step for a subcontractor to contact us (not Sandia Sunrooms!) and then wait for them to work us into their schedule. Apparently someone from Sandia does communicate with the subcontractors! If I could give a zero rating I would gladly do so. There is no professionalism at any level in this company and they obviously do not value their customers. We do still hope to have a completed sunroom sometime in the not too distant future. read more
