Her nails not even cut. The rude owner said that she was cut that way because my dog does not like to stand up!!?? Also she would come back to fix her hair for $35.00 more. After I paid $100.00. I had an incident where a young groomer shave my golden retrievers tail. You never ever do that. But for the most part they are cordial, caring about the animals and do a good job. After Santo's ER visit for his first seizure--32 hours after a Cytopoint shot from this clinic--I called three times (right after opening, 12:45 PM, and 2:45 PM). Not one call was returned. Every staff member gave a different excuse, and no one requested his ER records like they said they would. I eventually got them myself within minutes. To make matters worse, both exam rooms I'd been in were dirty (one smelled of feces, another had a puddle of urine ignored by staff). This lack of professionalism, communication, and basic care during an emergency was inexcusable. I expected compassion and honesty. Instead, I got excuses and silence. I won't be back.
