Almost immediately I regret of this because I could hear the cloths from the wash banging against my car and the cloths did not look anything close to being clean like this car wash is not maintained well. When I got out of the wash bay I did a quick check of my car And it looked fairly clean not to the level I'm used to but I wasn't expecting much based on what I saw inside the wash. I did not walk all the way around my car which I should have. Upon arriving home my boyfriend noticed a large scratch on the passenger side on the hood that was not there before this car is meticulously maintained and in mint condition. Unfortunately I live out of state and arrived back in Michigan yesterday to find the Scratch I called and left a message and the owner or manager or whoever I talked to was incredibly rude insisting that they have like 16 cameras that can look close up to see if there was a scratch on the car he said there was not. Here's the thing, I have a lot better things to do than try to get something free from a car wash in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania, I would rather have just come out with my car clean and no scratches on it. I would prefer to not have to deal with this, but now I do.....he basically said they would do nothing for me, and that I'd have to come back and let him look at it, I again said that I live out of state. I understand that they do need to see the car but I guess the issue that I have was that he really didn't seem to care about any of this and insisted that he was right and I was wrong. What I would say to anyone even considering going there don't..... Unless you want to leave with scratches on your car because I have to believe even if your local and they look at it they're not going to do anything for you. The employees tried to get them out for about 30 minutes before I had to leave. I told them I would come back for them later. When I got back, they handed me the mat; one with 3 holes and the other with 2 holes. I was told to email damageclaims@luvcarwash.com with details and pictures of the damage. That was about a week ago. I have not heard anything back. I also forwarded my email to their general customer service who said they will follow up with their damage team to get someo to contact me. Still has not happened. The corporate customer service has been awful. Will most likely cancel my subscription within a week if I don't hear back from them. **update** after posting the original review, the district manager for my area, Justin Flint, reached out to me. He was wonderful to work with and help to clear up all issues I had. I will say that the email I sent to damageclaims@luvcarwash.com to this day (10/10) has still has not returned my email. It seems to be completely unmanned. There's 3 fully do it yourself, self service bays with Every possible attachment to thoroughly wash your own car. There's the usually keypad with payment options and a dial to select & change the wash mode using the high pressure hose. There's also a handheld blow dryer, a special multi colored soapy foam dispenser that is for an extra shine and a few others I didn't try. This is the Wow factor...theres an option to pay $5 and then it goes up in small increments. I rushed my $5 wash because I Fully expected it to shut off after about 4 minutes. I used the high pressure soap and then rinse, very quickly and then realized I had time to blow dry the car and then take out my filthy snow and salt covered floor mats. Eventually I ran out of things to wash and I had to hang up the nozzle and leave about 5 more minutes on the timer! The one downside, which is u avoidable in this area of the country in January, was that you need to be very careful while walking around and washing your car because the water has frozen around the area where your car is parked in the bay. All 3 bays seemed to have equal amount of snow, ice and slushy water. I normally would've just kept driving & wouldn't have risked a slipping but IT WAS WORTH IT! PS-I literally hesitated for a second before I added this business to Yelp because my Id brain squawked and told me if more people find out about it, the prices (& maybe the high quality) would change. Then I snapped out of it and realized I'm a 100% promoter of small businesses & I care about our Yelp community & need to spread the word and the Joy!

There is a heavyset younger girl who works sometimes to dry the cars and on the ONE day I came through because I had a membership but no cash, she flailed her arms in the air and huffed and puffed because I didn't have money for a tip. There is a sign she had out there saying tips are how she gets paid. 1. That's not my issue, get a new job. 2. A tip Is not guaranteed so don't expect one. And 3. The sense of entitlement is gross.
