I have had my recent accident induced car body damages repaired at "Theil's"...with excellent results! BOB is very precise,thorough and beyond fair with his estimates.... Before dealing with Bob, I had my car body repaired at an auto body shop in Carbondale...a few weeks post repairs a clear covering over the paint started to bubble and peel... Thinking maybe there was a recall issue with my Honda Civic's paint ,I went to Burne Honda ,where I purchased my car..The service manager kindly looked at what was happening to the paint called Bob Theil and asked him to diagnose what .might have been the cause... Bob said yes and for me to go right over for him to evaluate my car's paint issues.... Bob evaluated what he saw and diagnosed a faulty prep job done on my cat before it was painted...So it was not a factory issue..... Bob did this favor for Burne Honda ( and ultimately me,) and did not charge for this.! Also the shop is immaculate , my car was done in such a timely manner,and looks GORGEOUS! I just bought an older car that had been owned by a heavy smoker. I knew it would be tough to get…read morethe smoke odor out, but I was hopeful that a full interior detail would at least reduce the odor to a tolerable level. The experts at Auto Express exceeded my expectations -- the car was really filthy when I brought it in and now it's clean and fresh. The surfaces are smooth and all the stickiness from years of smoke has been eliminated. There was a small upcharge for the large amount of dog hair in the back seat, but I was more than happy to pay it -- there's not a single dog hair left in the carpet (I guess they're magicians??) The best part is that the smoke odor is SO MUCH better. It's still there, but faint enough that I don't have to keep the window cracked all the time anymore. There is definitely a scent from the cleaning solutions, but it is light and fresh, not overbearing at all (I'm sensitive to synthetic fragrances and odors in general). They've definitely gained a repeat customer and I suspect that another time will make the smoke barely noticeable at all.

Easy to use cash or credit machines, everything is clean including the foam brushes you can use (these are do-it-yourself stalls). $5 get you ten minutes in the stall running thru any or all of the steps like wheel brite/presoak/ foam brush/rinse etc. Car comes out great with a mirror-like finish
