Santino Sandoval returned my call promptly, we settled on a date and cost--then if course it snowed. He offered to do the interior, but I decided to wait-it has been a long time since I could physically do my own windows, a bit longer wasn't going to hurt. On the given day they showed up on time and oh my they did a fabulous job! Our windows look like crystal. They even did the interior french doors, not part of the arrangement. We have several windows in the family room 20 feet off the ground. The work, safety measures, efficiency and the cost were right on target for a professional job. Sorry to say despite all great reviews I have to give 1 star. I arranged to have my windows cleaned Friday just before my daughters engagement party on Sunday. He emailed and asked if they could come on Saturday instead because the weather was supposed to be better. That was fine but I reiterated that I needed them cleaned before Sunday. Well it's now Saturday and no window cleaner is coming. The excuse was that he forgot to move the appointment from Friday to Saturday? Now I'm scrambling to clean my own windows in addition to everything else I have to do for the party. To say the least I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Had Santino do all the windows in my house and can't be more pleased with the quality of work they did. They arrived early and spent 4 hours cleanig the inside and outside and window tracks. The windows were so clean that it was hard to tell there was glass in the window. They even did a few extras that were above what they quoted in there price. The Sandovals cleaned my windows last week. My house is a bit of a challenge with the high ceilings and they came equipped to conquer all! They are thorough, polite, professional, and fairly priced. They even cleaned my tall mirrors in my living room, great room, dining room and bathrooms. I had a piece of siding that was sticking out and an area right beneath it that a bird decided to "decorate" near my second story roofline. I asked if he would not mind hammering in the siding and cleaning it while up there. He gladly did it for no extra charge. Santino and Felice are awesome at what they do! Pricings: Very competitive Quality of workd: excellent Personality: Very easy to work with, very detail-oriented. The only problem I had was he was supposed to come with two people and finish in 6 hours. But since only he came, it took 12 hours to finish all my windows. So, my whole day was lost and I had to reschedule both my appts I had. But that is alright. The excellent result was worth it.. And I was lucky enough on this day I was painting all day so I got some work done. It is hard to give him less than 5 stars since he worked very hard and he didn't cut corners. read more

Wow - what a great company! I had them come and do the windows on a house I was moving out of and needed to clean. I was so very pleased with the work. Kyle was so friendly and very good at his job. The job came in less than I was quoted and was completed in less time. It was a challenging because it was raining off and on during the time Kyle was there. He still got everything done. I could not recommend Santino more highly, he is amazing! A nice guy and total professional. He responded quickly to my initial call, I got a quote that night, and we were scheduled pretty quickly. He and his brother in law cleaned our unbelievable dirty windows without missing a beat. Weird angles, difficult access, super high skylights and very deep window wells did not cause them problems.
