This is the first time that I have used a window cleaner and I was blown away by the difference it made. I am preparing a rental house for sale and my realtor recommended I get the windows cleaned. I tried Joe at Spyglass due to the reviews and am completely happy with the results. Luckily, he had an opening pretty quickly. He showed up on time, sent me texts ahead of time so I knew when he would be there and then explained how he would clean the windows. My windows are a little unusual as they have built in storm windows. He didn't charge me any extra for that even though it was more work than I thought it would be when I scheduled the work. Joe works hard! He was there for hours and never stopped moving. I sure wish I had that kind of energy and determination anymore. But mostly I was blown away by how much better the windows look! I literally thought the front window was missing for an instant when I first looked at it. I just have never seen a completely cleaned window before I guess. I even sent a pic of it to my realtor saying that the window had shattered and she bought it! I am definitely going to have Joe come over and clean my house when this is over. Like I said, I've never had this done before, so no idea what to expect with price, but I thought he was VERY reasonable for the work and results he did. I actually was worried that he would increase his price when he saw the house (I wasn't sure I correctly communicated how many and how big my windows were) but he didn't. And he didn't flinch when we saw that the bigger windows had the extra panes (the storm window portion) that I didn't know about. His price was very, very fair. I am a little worried that writing this review will mean it will be impossible to schedule him in the future, but it's only fair as all the work he did and how great the windows look.
