    If I could give a lower rating I would. Purchased a generator online for curbside/in store pickup,…read morereceived confirmation, receipt and card was billed. After placing the order I contacted the store within 10 minutes, spoke with an associate who asked my name, confirmed my online order and put my items aside with my online purchase order and my name tagged on the items for me to pick up the next morning. I arrive at the store the next morning only to find out they sold my generator to another customer. This item was for disaster relief! Spoke with the manager who provided zero explanation other than they sold my items to someone else, other customers in store overhearing this were appalled and felt sorry for my situation and offered more assistance than the store.

They didn't have a new one of what they had displayed on the shelf. I didn't have a problem getting the one they had up there, but when I mentioned the fact that it had a stain on the bag they basically shunned my opinion saying it will get dirty anyway. I am at the checkout and I ask if they would start it up for me, they would not!! Every where I have ever bought a mower has started and cleaned the dust off for me!! Thry couldnt even tell me the warranty information on it!! So I refused the mower and I got the dirtiest look from them! This is the first time ive been here and I am never coming back!!

The ordered was sent to the Opelousas store to fulfill the order for a fridge. When the 1st fridge arrived it left my mother with brown ice cubes to find out that was because this particular fridge had no filter to the ice tray. We called Opelousas, thebpicked up immediately with an entirely new fridge selected on store in Alexandria, La. When that fridge was delivered by the same delivery team (Damian), then they made every effort to get it to fit (turned out to be 3 inches too wide). The management staff starting with LaTanya, Jeff, Josh (not Jerry, he disconnected my call and never called back and went home 2 minutes later) provided the BEST in CUSTOMER CARE vowing to resolve my issue. HOWEVER, the SUPER CARE HERO of the day came from who...? The delivery driver Damian witness scared look in my mothers face to have to stay I'm the home with refrigersted medication, went back 60 miles away after deliveries all day and personal searches for a fridge with a filter, the correct size and one in stock and personally sent pictures and sizes to reassure me and my mother this model would work. When the manager Josh approved a Monday delivery, who was at our door but Damian again with a smile, a warm heart and the confidence of knowing this would work. YES, IT WORKED... We got a fridge thanks to the EXCELLENT CARE and CONCERN of the world's best delivery driver ever!!! PROMOTE THIS MAN, who does this...who takes this level of caring for senior citizens like Damian did. Today, we received a follow up call, it was Josh checking to see how the fridge is working out...may I ask Lowe's to model it's employees from this exemplary service. We are extremely grateful for this extended care. #OpelousasLowesForLife

    i purchased a leather sectional sofa. from the store on 2/20/2026. i paid for the delivery. the…read morefollowing week when they showed up to deliver my almond (beige sectional) one of the delivery guys smell like he had been smoking marijuana. the sofa was not covered in plastic. it had dirty handprints on it. there was a shoe print on the seat of one of the pieces. my armless recliner had a tear in the back. they insisted it was already like that which was not they case because i had pictures to prove it. the sectional was not like that when i purchased it. i refused the armless recliner and they scheduled to bring me another one. the following week i took off work again. this time they sent two different drivers who were nice and didn't smell like marijuana but ashley furniture tried to deliver the same torn recliner to me once again. you could tell they had tried to repair it. i didn't want a repaired recliner because when i purchased it there was not need for repair. i had to take off work a third time and when they delivered the armless recliner it was in a box with not issues. the store manager was very aware of all the issues. she said she would see what she could do to help but never called back. i have called her on multiple occasions and she always says she'll call back but never follows through. i called the home office and a represenative from ashley said she would have someone follow up with me on my experience but never did!!!! the delivery company said i would get reimbursed for the delivery charges because of all the hassle but ashley has never refunded my money. this was my first purchase with ashley and it will ultimately be my last!!!!! the manager is extremely unprofessional. to constantly say you will call a customer back and fail to follow through once you have your sale & commission is pathetic in my opinion.

Imagine how it feels to spend $1,182.60 on a chair you expect to relax, nap, or just be comfortable in but then realize that's not going to happen? Then imagine what it feels like to be treated as if you are a criminal just because you want to get what you paid for? I didn't get to try the chair in the store because it had to be ordered. When it was delivered about a week or so later, I noticed it was hard and uncomfortable but I thought I just had to adjust to it. A few weeks later, I noticed that sitting in the chair was causing significant pain in my neck, back, shoulders, and hips. I tried not sitting in it for a few days and the pain got a little better but then when I tried again, everything would hurt again. I became convinced the cause was definitely the chair. The salesman, Mr. David Clark, promised me that if I was willing to pay for the extra insurance, whatever problem I would have would be covered. Wouldn't defective construction that causes so much pain be a covered problem? At any rate common courtesy and decency shouldn't cost anything extra but I agreed to pay it. I called the ASHLEY FURNITURE store number and spoke to Omar Reyes, who I thought was very rude, uncaring, and had an attitude before I could even explain why I called. He specifically told me someone would call me Wednesday. When no one called, I called back today and spoke with a woman who told me since the chair wasn't physically damaged there is nothing they can do for me. I thought she was joking. From the attitudes of the people I spoke with, do you think they were aware that this particular chair had problems associated with it? Do you think they knowingly unloaded this garbage on me? I spent all of that money and can plainly see that this purchase has only caused me pain and suffering but Ashley tells me there is nothing they can do? How could they think I would be willing to just accept them keeping my money for something I plainly see has not enhanced my life at all but has only caused more problems? Please give me advice on how I can make them pay one way or another either for my pain & suffering medical bills, swap this chair for one that doesn't hurt, or just give me my money back to let me go somewhere else to get a chair that doesn't hurt me. Everyone who knows what it feels like to get duped or cheated out of hard earned money, or if you just care, PLEASE SHARE this post.
